Joakim even has barbed wire on his in-ear monitors. When they go for a theme, they go balls-deep. 😆 They're also one of the friendliest bands you could ever meet - alongside Nightwish, obviously! 😋 Not only did I follow their tour vlogs, I watched a live stream from most of the gigs on the European leg of the tour in February. They messed up the coverage from Wembley, sadly. 😭 And poor Jo isn't going to be able to pull off the Mohawk for much longer with his hair rapidly thinning. 😱

I guess Im just a weird guy, but I heard of the 189 protecting the pope from somewhere else...then again I seem to soak up certain things, dont remember from where, but powerful story about how they gave their lives for the pope against overwhelming odds, like thousands of invaders vs the 189.......so hard to forget something "heroic" like that
Sabaton are an amazing live band never fail too impress, and so much going on on stage, and there a whole lot of fun too. Another sabaton song is night witches should check it out. Again another great video from you well done and thanks for doing what your doing 🙂🙂

Sabaton releases a new live video from the great tour every Saturday and I promise they will release the video from "a lifetime at war" played in Gothenburg Sweden. And when they do you need to react to it. It's probably the best crowd singing ever and it's filmed from the stage. Believe me it's goosebumps all over thru the whole song! It will be released on a Saturday soon

the mike stands of the rifle with the helmet on top of it is call a Battle Cross. it is usually put on the battlefield to indicate a killed solider. it usably is the soldiers boots, Rifle with bayonet stabed into the ground the helmet on top and their dog tags wrapped around the rifle.
You should check out the original done by sabaton called 82nd all the way then check out amaranthe’s version of the same song and pick which one you like the most! Love your hair btw, you’re such a beauty ❤️
I have done both songs, I actually prefer the tempo and upbeatness (if that's a word lol) of the Amaranth version. :)

Attero dominatus and hearts of iron by sabaton might be apropriate since the songs are about the fall of berlin from the soviets pov and the german 12th army respectively and it recently was the aniversary of the end of ww2 in europe. Both also has a video about them on sabaton history if you want to know more in detail.

I've seen a few reactions from you now, and I would like to see your reaction to "The Ghost Inside - Aftermath".
The Band had a serious crash with their Tourbus, but fought back against multiple near-death-scenarios including the loss of one leg of the Drummer, and "Aftermath" now is the first Song they published after their Crash. And it has so damn much Power!

Saw the Sabaton 10 year ago, this year, for the first with the first line-up, I’m only gonna “metalmachine” at Graspop, not more, that’s inappropriate to say in front of a lady, have see them every live at a festival or clubtour, until 2-3 years ago, because they went to bigger venues, which I don’t like that much, but I need to adjust, that they aren’t a small band anymore, starting at 1300 at the festival with us being drunk already. And with that said, check Pär speech at WOA 2019, that’s the power of Sabaton

Not at all, this is literally Power Metal at it's finest.
Joakim is really talented in songwriting and if you did not know, they hate pop.
Listen to their song "masters of the world" or "metalizer" and you'll see.

Besides, who wouldn't want to take care of themselves, so they can keep doing what they love to do? I can't blame them for that.
But as I said -- watch the live version of 40:1, or even better, watch a fan-made video that was done, using their cover of Manowar's "Kingdom Come." Or go watch the video Bismarck.
Point is, just because Sabaton looks good, and loves having fun, doesn't mean they are tame, or that their music is pop. Especially since the subject-matter of their music is historical facts and events, such as battles during a war, or some army or unit that did something epic, bold, and amazing.
