Our Lady changed my life through Medjugorje as well. She promised to send me a son who would be a special priest to her if I prayed and fasted. I soon after became pregnant with a son. He is now looking forward to joining our Seminary in Toronto, Canada September 2024.

I forgave my late mother a long time ago because she just didn't have it in her and she struggled with mental issues. The most loving thing we can do for our parents and for ourselves is to forgive them and pray for them. I brings peace to both.
This story is completely similar to my childhood and life. Thankyou. Just the other day before I discovered this story I was trying all these years to figure out why I can’t seem to receive love. My mother was very indifferent to me all my life and a year before she passed she called me one day and asked me to forgive her. She said “you were such a difficult little child and I didn’t know how to take care of you but you were just a baby, it wasn’t your fault and I’m sorry.
“ I remember telling my mom over that conversation that she absolutely should never think of this again and of course I forgive her. Why, was I able to do that, because I had just gotten divorced and I destroyed my children’s hearts through that, so how could I not forgive my own mom when I was just as guilty of not fulfilling my duties to my four small children. I was so self centered and selfish myself. Thankyou as your story is helping me realize why I’m not growing although I’m so faithful in my search for Gods love and attend adoration and mass and rosary all the time ( something though is just out of my reach and I can’t figure it out)!!! Hopefully I can move forward and learn to love myself. Thankyou so much

Hi, Mairead owns and runs the hotel in Ballykelly, Northern Ireland called ‘The Drummond Hotel.’ I’m not exactly sure how far it is from Medjugorje, but it is quite a journey! That’s why many prefer to go on a trip that is organised! 🙏🕊
