In this short conversation, Kathy Hrstic who was at the apparition on Jan 1st, shares with Carol what it was like to be there and what she views is this "gift" that Our Lady wants to give us.
Kathy in her view, feels that it is a gift of peace that our Blessed Mother wants to give to us for this time of grace we are living in to help us to persevere and be obedient in prayer for all that we face in life and with all that is going on in our world.
This is a wonderful encouraging message to begin the year with!

Our Lady came very happy. She prayed over all of us and for all our intentions. She said: "Thank you for answering my call and praying for my intentions, you will not regret it, neither you, nor your children and your children's children."

I remember years ago Our Lady said through
Ivan that we can pass on her blessing to others using our own words.
I still do it but sometimes when we know prayers by heart the concentration goes.
Fr. Mike Schmitz mentioned seasons of prayer and after a time it's necessary to switch.

What if the gift is the Illumination of Conscience which Our Lady won for us, as a gift, as an opportunity...
God is not to be outdone in generosity and mercy. In my humble opinion, anyone who put the world aside for those 3 hours, and gave that time to prayer with a loving heart will receive the same blessings. I did the 3 hrs., while in Garabandal, Spain. Approximately 2 hours in the Church in front of the Blessed Sacrament and 1 hour at the Pines (Apparition Hill). God is good all the time.
I live in Indiana in America and have followed Medjugorge very close over the decades. But you mention change and going on with life. I and my wife both have full time jobs that take us away as well as a family that needs care. I don't think God expects or even wants us to quit our jobs. I feel we must continue with our earthly duties as long as we're possible. But please, if you disagree, I'd like you hear your thoughts.
I like stay at home mums. Why leave the home and pay someone else to raise your kids?
There are many things that can be done that don’t involve traveling to Medjugorje. Try to pray the Rosary and/or the Divine Mercy Chaplet each day and teach your children to do the same. Pray together as a family. Try to attend Eucharistic Adoration. Go to confession each month. If you have to pick one, I would recommend the Rosary intermixed with the Divine Mercy Chaplet. Always pray from the heart, thinking and feeling the words, not just reciting them. Envision the moments described in each mystery. Saying the Rosary or the Chaplet is a form of communion with God and also Mother Mary. May God Bless you and your family 🙏🏼
I think I know the exact uncertainty you’re wrestling with. My firm belief is that we’re heading toward some sort of storm and that we’re not living in a normal time and won’t be until we have passed the other side into a new era of peace. We’re conditioned to do things others consider normal, but in our hearts I think we all know this is the time to give everything to God. I wouldn’t think twice about quitting jobs and moving. Whatever it takes and whatever you feel is best serving the kingdom of God. With haste and with no guilt or regret whatsoever

I have never been to Medjugore. I live in Montreal but sometimes visit near Cleveland. I would love to go with my husband and my two children. I need todo this for my family. We really need the Gospa’s blessing and intercession. I am not exactly sure where to look and how much I need to save to be able to go. Thank you for any helpful info.
No, you don't need to go to Međugorje. You need to open your Bible and read and believe what you are reading. Open Romans 10 and read. Put your trust in Jesus. He died for you. He took your sins so you can be saved. Repent of your sins. We are in the last days and if your focus is not on Jesus you will be deceived. Time is short and Jesus is the only way to the Father. Because wearing the scapular and attending the five Saturdays was from older apparitions and additional to the rosary and fasting. No need to rehash that to people who mostly do that already. The main message is pray the rosary and fast.

I believe Pope Francis is creating peace here on earth in recognition of what the Blessed mother wants by not pushing away anyone from the church or saying, they cannot be blessed and I think if we all could be that way in our hearts and bless all people world peace would occur usa
