It’s concerning the number of smaller jobs, like the benches, the window ledges and the black tarmac areas which seem to have been dug up and re-done a few times already and still look terrible. Also how long have we been talking about the seats. There must be about 12 Shades of red around the stadium.
Have they given a actual date when it is finally completed it's been going on long enough should have been completed by now I still think they will be working on the stand when the season starts I think it's time for the club to tell Rayner Bowen get the job done
No wonder zero progress, next to no workers. This build has been a disgrace. I bet this is not even finished for the season opening home game. Garenteed book that. Keep up your good drone footage 👍

Is it the clubs intention to rail seat the whole of the Kop? Also maybe those faded red seats in the main stand will only be upgraded when the club decides on rail seats in the lower main stand sections

Surely it is time for Liverpool FC to make a statement on this rebuild, why its so delayed, whats got to be done, why so much work has to be repeated etc oh and when can we expect to see the work completed , all the building site temporary fencinmoved and cars actually being one ahain drive along Anfield Road

That's not a very clued-up take. Everton are in dire straits financially now. They are close to bankruptcy. They have liabilities of almost one billion pounds and still need to borrow another £150m to finish off the new ground. They've massively overreached themselves for just 12,000 extra seats. Liverpool already have 9,000 seats more than BMD and still have two sides of Anfield to redevelop in the near future. All done at a fraction of the cost of these soulless new builds. Basically, Liverpool are an extremely well run club that lives on what it earns. Everton are a basket case borrowing hundreds of millions at extortionate interest rates just to find themselves treading water. The way they are going, they won't even own their new ground. They are an utter shambles compared to the brilliantly run Liverpool.

Absolutely appalling lack of urgency on the part of the owners to get the stand finished. The completion is already a year late, 🤦♂️🙈

With the Kops new rail seats it's clever that they've been able to still show the whole of the LFC lettering.
I cant see this stand being complete and signed off for a further 2 or 3 months and well into the start of the new season
