Ah makes total sense now why Daniel was thinking about his weight. He was wondering how someone lighter than big giant man could have an easier time having his blood drunk!
It seems like Rashid’s mask was slipping and you could see Armand come out. Up to this point Rashid was polite to Daniel or at least tolerated him for being a rude smart ass, but here, it seems like he’s beginning to show his true colors cuz Daniel pissed him off, especially after the “refill”. Like really Daniel?
@@judsweettrouble in the vampire chronicles, vampires who feed on one another find it pleasurable & in the books since they can’t ‘do it’ ( though it was obviously changed for the show) this is sexual for them 💀
According to Sam Reid and Jacob Anderson, they both left hickeys on each other so apparently Jacob and Sam actually suck on each other’s necks. It makes me wonder if Assad looks into it, because Jacob’s really sucking his neck.
Apparently the actors leave real hickeys on each other, so they actually are sucking on each other’s skin so the feeling of pleasure is probably authentic
"I care more for Louis than he does for himself." "I protect Louis from himself." Both quotes from Armand. He did something to Louis' head. Out of love, maybe. But nonetheless he's done something to Louis. I look forward to learning what that something is.
Is it me or does Louis have a bad habit of falling for really controlling, demanding and actually kind of toxic or even dangerous men? I mean, first there was Lestat, then there was Armand, and granted we haven't seen much of Armand, more of his performance as 'Rashid' (great performance though, just two contact lenses and a change of expression and suddenly he's a different person altogether), but I get the feeling that like with Lestat he comes off first as charming, and alluring but then it quickly turns into a relationship where one is taking everything that the other one (Louis) is giving and is constantly demanding more and acting like they give a lot?
SPOILER: We think that Louis is the one in charge here because he's drinking from 'Rashid' and because Rashid is staying still with Louis's hands around his neck we think it's like Rashid is his pet, but actually Armand is the one in charge here because he's the one who's allowing Louis to drink from him and is sitting impassively allowing Louis to do it like Louis is his pet.
This scene keeps me awake after the reveal. Why are they doing all of it? Why Armand, a 500+ vampire _forgets_ to read Daniel's mind? Those comments, Louis makes, regarding Armand's weight and personality seem tainted with a certain attitude. It's all so strange and I have so many questions.
I don't think he forgot ! Remember, Lestat found human's thouhts "boring" after 150 years, I think someone as old as Armand wouldn't do it unless there was something specific he was fishing for. Louis did it just to be a dick lol. As for his attitude here, or the fact that he let Daniel call Armand "rent boy" in that other episode .... yeah these husbands are BEEFING. I think they're already in their divorce phase xD (as for the gratuitous exhibitionism, it's beyond me too...)
@@MB-qs5wn right? a part of me thinks that Louis asked for his memories to be altered but his subconscious is kicking and screaming for him to wake up and remember how much Armand had to do with everything that happened in Paris. @@papl20 I don't think it is, most people barely remember they younger years, imagine a vampire. And most of his early memories are full of death, he probably supressed all that, or straight up lie to Daniel.
I heard a theory that Armand maybe supressed Daniel's memories from back in the day and what Louis says here is a call back to something repressed, meant to trigger his memories which is part of his frustration with Louis cutting in.
@@MB-qs5wn Actually, Louis was not being a d* at all. He was simply returning the same attitude (and rude behavior) coming from Daniel towards him (and Claudia). Also, it was Armand who allowed Daniel to call him "rent boy" as well. Remember Armand also became frustrated in the end and told him he would not stop Louis if he loses his temper with Daniel again, lol.
The subtly of Eric's performance that Daniel is being triggered by this display (his rocking back and forth, reading the diary aloud to distract him) Damek was quick. Feels like Daniel should leave the room 😂😂😂

It s weird I thought this older Interviewer ,,Daniel,,.would be a mash-up with the character ,,David Talbot,, ,(from the Talamsca. Anywho, I like this Daniel´s assertiveness while interviewing Louis. It´s quite refreshing.
Once you understand that biting is as intimate as sex to vampires, you realize that Louis did the vampire-equivalent of giving Armand a blow job in front of Daniel. Louis is definitely Armand’s pet/plaything at this point. He might actually need rescuing if anything
