when I connect the monitor with one type-c cable to a computer with thunderbolt 3, the monitor does not show the image. If I also connect power to the second type-c connector, it starts to show the image. Does it show with one cable for you?
Hi, I used HDMI only (as I didn't have the cable for thunderbolt even though my MB has it's port V4) so I'm not sure how would that work, as I powered it up when using HDMI - Mini HDMI.
get better usb-c cable. used different monitors of theirs with their original cable it did not work with macbook pro but when I used usb-c thunderbolt 4 cable it did work.
Hi, 1. it changes based on the input 2. do you mean transfer video to the monitor? it's possible as long as your phone supports video output over Type-C port
Hi, in my test it was around 8-9ms in 120Hz mode EDID Capture card which is good! but normal 60Hz is higher delay of around 15ms. However the 1080p model is around 7ms (based on some other reviews I’ve seen)
hey Daniel im using 99-100 on my edge for the r2 trigger on mw3 , I felt it was better than 0-1 after the last edge update , could u make a video for the settings again . Maybe there's something that I am missing
Hi, which model do you have? some games have that issue with VRR, you can test VRR off and see how it goes, if possible test another 120FPS game and see if that's ok.
@@DanielZH I'm using the ARZOPA Z1FC model, playing other FPS games normally, only Valorant has the screen flickering phenomenon. If possible, please tell me how to fix it :( PLEASE hiccc
Hey man! I just wanna ask. I'm choosing between the two but can't make up my mind since I want to have a higher refresh rate that Z1FC offers which is 144hz but which Z1RC is falling short for only 60hz, however, I also want higher color accuracy that Z1RC have cuz I'm a newbie video editor. Do you think 60hz is good enough for non competitive gaming? Anyway, thanks for making this video. It's very helpful and informative.
Hi, if you're mainly going to do gaming, Z1FC is a much better choice also because of 16:9 ratio, however if you find yourself using more for video than gaming, then Z1RC is better especially due to higher resolution, the only reason I didn't go with 144Hz model was because I have a TV + another monitor that support 120 and 144Hz, otherwise if you mainly game, a 16:9 ratio and 144Hz sounds better. However, if you mainly play story games, they barely support 60FPS on PS5, most of them I mean, and a 60Hz monitor sounds good enough for them.
@@DanielZH I think uperfect 17'' 2k is a better deal for me because it has both high refresh rate of 144hz and high color accuracy although just a bit expensive. Anyway. Thanks for the info man! I really appreciate it.
which exact monitor? the portable one or G27Q? for G27Q you need to update the monitor software to support 1440p and 120Hz on PS5. for the Arzopa monitor it just natively supports 1440p (this model) the 144Hz model is 1080p.
Hi Daniel, have you had the opportunity to test the mode (Eco disp.latency)? I bought the 144hz monitor and wanted to know if this mode really decreased latency for FPS games. Thanks for your videos, I always follow you👍🏻
Hi, I recommend keeping eco mode off, they don't affect input lag but the peak brightness, the input lag by default settings is low on these monitors as they don't have picture extra processing unlike TVs
@@diegoligiato396 Standard or PCM (works the same on my unit) is the most accurate one, movie mode brightens shadows a bit and makes color intensity higher but it's not accurate, I kept mine on standard.
