This vlog is regarding my Suzuki Shogun Block 2nd stage porting..This video is just for reference,I have not given much info on it but will cover it on another vlog,..

Hello can be be possible that custom made gasket blocking transfer port reducing top speed ? My rxz 6 s suddenly locking at 80 kmph normally it does a good 165-170 kmph. Rpm locking at 5 k rpm instead of earlier 14.50 k rpm . Speed lock at 80 kmph .
@Aayon Bhattacharya... Yes it can be possible only if the gasket is not made properly.... I guess your RXZ 6s is not original.. It's converted to 6s right.. If it converted then what all mods are done so far on your bike.. Pls mention that too.. Which will help to understand where exactly you guys are lacking...its not just porting or conversion of 4s to 5s .. 5s to 6s..its all about proper calculation during the mods... Even your CDI pulse matter.. It's whole game of calculation.. Each and every component of the engine is related to each other.. So if you made any change is engine gradually you need to do upgrade all related parts too.. It's a science and mathematical game ball..

@Sankalp Gadhave...Yes you can use RXZ carb in RX100 you just need to do proper tuning to make it perfect acceleration...Thank you

Yes you may use 145/165 jets but fuel will go waste, unless you don't increase the size of intake/transfer/exhaust ports.
Instead I would request you to use C2E9 ignition Coil, Racing Bee CDI or Daytona CDI, over size piston kit 2mm or 2.50 mm high performance kit like IKT/TOP/IZUMI/ MACH/proX
Do jetting your stock carb from 115 to 125-135 size jets.
With this your Rx 100 will be pocket rocket in streets.

@BLaCk PaNtHEr...Yes that's true..But Have you ever noticed how rough all the port's are..We have expanded lil bit and did polish work over it..

@@startech_machines yeah there is But asking 4.5 lac per die mould I almost got fainted after he told me price.
Then I collected bloody 20-30 old cylinder blocks from mayapuri so that till death I can use two strokes.

@makkalmoviemayan4240... Porting is something relate to speed and high performance... If you looking for mileage then do not perform porting... Just polish the stock port that's it..

@@makkalmoviemayam4240 check carburator for over flow... Check airfilter.. Even if your piston is worn out then to you'll get less mileage... There lots of things to check...
Piston and carburetor are at very good condition

@@dhirajjadhav9685 if you opting for higher size of piston then you will gain more torque and intial but average wiill go for toss

@Dhruva Tej...People port for maximum performance not for mileage..But still you can expect 15 to 20 max and even depend on your riding skills as well...
That's enough for me Anna I am 8th standard I won't go for long rides
if you want mileage, and not power then, and donot try this, this will ruin your pocket money 😃
@@jay9700 appreciate your advice and suggestion...but i dont think that porting is bad for the engine or it has negative effect on mileage....as far as i know the mileage is completely depend on your riding skills and having extra horsepower doesn't effect anything nor mileage neither your pocket...
I personally used RXG135 ported for daily commute for 4 years with appreciated mileage of 42km per litre...
Yes you can suggest not to watch my videos thats ok but if ask not to perform porting work on there bikes then thats not fair bro...

Aleen Uddin... Walaikum assalam bhai... 0.75mm se 0.25 karne ka logic samajh nahi aaya... Aap rebore karlo cylinder ko as standard piston... But rebore karne ke liye you need proper Turner...
Rebore ke lightmechine ke pas jana padta kya.... Aur uske liye kuch lena padta kya.. Rply

@divinelyscrewed... Bhai porting ke baad bhi bikes mileage deta he.. Ye myth he ke after porting you wouldn't get mileage.. As per my knowledge mileage is completely depend on your riding skills

1)Normal polish karoge toh jyada fark nahi padega just apka throttle response achha hoga...
2)extreme porting me aap port ki size expand karte ho (as per the requirement) jiski wajah se aapka petrol flow badta he aur initial pick aur throttle response bahot aggressive ho jata he...Par mileage me bahot effect padta he...But porting ke sath silence replacement... carb jetting, iridium spark plug better Reed valves aur most importantly forged pistons used karna bahot jaruri he..Ye chhoti chhoti cheeze Jo performance inhence karne me bahot help karti he.....I hope aapko satisfaction wala answer mila hoga ...Thanks bhai

What is Porting ??
@pikuls Again..hi..
Porting is refer as the process of modifying the INLET and EXHAUST port of internal combustion..which allows more air-fuel mixture thruh INLET port more burns gases out thruh EXHAUST port...
This porting process has done on different stages as per the requirements...stage 1 ..stage 2..stage..stage 3..stage 4...
So you can opt your stage as per your requirement...

@@gowthamrider6272 yes brother swapping piston with bigger size is not necessary it's depend on your requirement.. If you want you can opt to bigger piston size as well....
