Did you friendly neighbourhood fencers not damage that pipe? Looking at the depth and position of the fence post it is a surprise they didn’t hit it. Progress going well though Darren, thanks for keeping us updated

Nearly ;) we realised a join a bit further up just in time. Next door joins the Pipe there. I replied it with Chemical bond

I see a drain coming down the side of the house from the roof, is it still being used?

That’s the vent pipe from the old drain. It’s been cut off from the bottom and will eventually be removed. There will be a new vent pipe installed later.
