And Sakurai definitely wanted Rex&Pyra, he said that Rex was a mii costume because XC2 came out too late, they'd already decided on the roster and then they chose to do Pyra/Mythra instead because they wouldn't be able to make Rex&Pyra fight in the same way that they would in XC2
Marss when he mentions about if we ever got to choose how the dlc is made and it shows the Smash 4 dlc voting sheet: Me: We got to choose Bayo and yet we still hate her.
Sakurai is what made Smash Bros directs and the gameplay mechanics of a new fighter fun because of his humor and happy mood at the directs. Sakurai, you're the best of the best.
