It took me about 4 minutes to realize your dog was in frame, and then it's the only thing i paid attention to for the rest of the video. Can you explain metric modulation tempo math again?
Really cool seeing a guitarist that inspires me doing some of the same things I do when making music, albeit much more efficiently and professionally. Since I'm not good enough to play the riffs I think of, I have to record small segments of riffs at times, which makes me feel a bit dumb. But it's nice to see someone who's good enough to play their riffs also do this, just to make the song sound it's best!
That’s how it’s done! No one is perfect and folks rarely nail it in huge chunks. Nothing wrong with taking smaller bites, especially if it gets the dang thing done.
@@SamMooradian I will be really excited to see a video about your using of musical theory in writing/improvisation process. I know It's a big rabbit hole but any musician has some personal point of view on this topic so It's very refreshing to look at different angle
Snippet of a new song at 8:11!
"ya know what, let's save the project"…I felt that…lol
Have you ever lost a project because you didn't save? I definitely have...
@@SamMooradian Logic has auto-save so no, can't say I have
This would be super useful if I had a guitar
Step 1. Buy guitar
Step 2. Record tracks
Step 3. ???
Step 4. Profit
I have a very easy solution for you
