Nice video - and nice phone, I've had mine 3 weeks and love it. I came from S22 Ultra & Find X5 Pro and not at all disapointed with Nothing Phone 2 in any aspect.

I love the Nothing Phone 2 , the phone looks amazing, the glyph interface even after a while I still like it, & the nothing software wel if you take into consideration that it’s only there second phone they make it’s amazing. everyone have different taste, so I understand that you my not like some things….. but saying it’s not a good phone just means that you just don’t understand the concept of the phone…

love the video, would suggest improving the mixing a bit because hearing you was very difficult from the loud background music.
You forgot to talk about the widgets on your lockscreen, in my opinion its one of the best things on the nothing phones ( I own a Nothing Phone 1).
My brother is using the black phone 2 and it looks so cool. Even when lights not on it still looks better then my samsung a54 😅

Your video is really clean and minimalistic I love it. Nice sharing on the os in detail too. But I still wished it came with snapdragon gen 2 😅

Unfortunately the front camera struggles a lot with lighting. When the conditions aren't perfect the background is basically white.

hi can someone help me my camera off my NP 1 just gets black screen when opening but the front cam is still fine only the backcam is the problem all third-party apps to the backcam won't work what seems to be the problem is it software problem or it's the actual phone?

@@rajadurainalraj1593 I had the Samsung Galaxy A52. My new phone is way better.
My complaint is that the camera app couldn't catch up after taking 2 quick photos. It would act as if its buffer memory is full and any pictures you take after will actually capture several milliseconds/moments after you actually pressed the shutter, causing you to miss crucial moments. I think it has something to do with HDR settings which I have no idea on how to change it.
Low light isn't great on the default camera app but works great with gcam.
If you are a camera centric person, maybe the Pixel 7a is better.
My other complaint is the sound quality from the phone's speakers and earphones connected to the USB. Coming from a Samsung, I find it disappointing that the Nothing Phone (2) still doesn't come with a default sound equaliser setting. Instead, we have to download a third party app just to adjust the sound how we like it and those apps do drain the battery little by little since it's running in the background.
I prefer more bass but the speakers lacks it and the highs are a bit overbearing.
To me, this phone is just enough for me because it has a flagship level SoC with great performance, display, battery life, aesthetic, and community. I don't need anything more.

I have the S24 ultra and Pixel 8 pro and the nothing phone 2.
I took my SIM out of the NP2 after I got my S24 Ultra. I recently aput my SIM back in the NP2 and the software and battery experience far surpass any other phone.
The NP2 IMO is the best Android phone.

It's just a dam phone as long as it make phone calls and be able to access the Internet. I'm still using a Galaxy s10e and still works like any new phone. Asking if it worth it is irrelevant.

Not really that happy with it tbh.. sounds, speakers, microphone - didnt make it for me. glyph, only uber driving app, no food delivery apps work, even uber eats. camera - ok but nothing compared to market at this price. usability, coming from a oneplus user, it's not as good. Price too high, doesn't come with charger, cable too short, thought we'd get an apple compatible messenger but still working just like a 300 dollar android. for it's standard and with all it's flaws as a starting company, it would have been worth only at half price. still feel gutted i didnt get a galaxy s23 or iphone15 base models for the same price instead of this. hopefully some updates makes it worth

nope, it dosent seem like it. It would also be a weird naming scheem, they dont want any kind of budget phone for Nothing. They want it as a flagship-ish brand.

Quite disappointed from my end. Been a month using it and I still think it's not worth the price. Xiaomi was much better, probably OnePlus too

@@randomnibba battery was definitely better on Xiaomi 11tpro, speakers and microphone as well. Fingerprint touch and some other responsive features such as Google assistance are not really that rapid. Size feels too big. Automatic screen brightness not great either. Quite a few other flaws here and there that I found much better response and ease of use on older models that I expected to be a normal standard on this phone. Lots of hype about glyph which I was looking forward too, looks alright but expected to have at least Uber eats functioning with it too. Also seen that they were supposed to make messages compatible with iphone but that's not happening yet either. Regretting not getting an entry level iphone

So disappointed. I just saw an ad for the Nothing phone on X and thought this was going to be a locked down privacy-focused phone like Black Phone. So disappointed that this is just an android with worse specs. I want to give google less data.

Bruh if you want privacy just buy a vpn or smtg, even apple wont offer you privacy from google taking data on the basis of your searched. Uk the ads you see of the stuff you like, they are all based on your data. In todays world, you can only use a vpn or incognito to have some privacy

Camera: even thon nothing's camera is not perfect it is still probably top 4 in my opinion sitting little behind Samsung, iphone and a bit more behind google but this phones camera has the most natural look and the best selfie photos out of all of them. Chipset is a snapdragon 8+ gen 1, it's good and won't really notice any performance drops compared to 8+ gen 2. Only if you play really heave games. The phone 2 has really good speakers and by far the best software of all phones ( reskinned android + some nice improvements). I might not own the honor magic 5 but based on everything. I would buy nothing phone 2 for everyday use and user experience + camera. Only buy honor magic 5 if you really care about games. like really really care about them. ( Phone 2 can still game pretty good tho. Also honor magic 5 might have some issues connecting to networks in the us and Europe because it's a Chinese company and it has to go through a weird translation layer which can mess with the phones performance( wifi, mobile data, and updates) + depending on where you are living honor magic 5 might have some bad issues but. It's up to you, ( I might be a bit biased but I try to look at it objectively and I don't see why you should get honor 5)
