If conditions are ideal and no rain is expected, and hour between coats on both COOL and sealback will be fine . Do not apply sealback in the late evening when temps are expected to drop and dew point is imminent . COOL in the morning(s), sealback at lunch time with bright sunshine ! Yes broom finish is no problem but you’ll need a little more product to fill in the broom profile , it’ll really soak it up. But that’s a good thing! You can apply our product in a knockdown finish and I have a GoPro webinar that focuses on that. Look for the “Episode 3 GoPro Webinar on Custom Two Tone Knockdown” on my channel. Absolutely not, most people simply roll two coats with standard paint tools for a more modern , monotone finish . This is much easier to accomplish for the typical DIY’r. Additionally the knockdown textures are beginning to look “outdated” to many. Our product is unique in the way that you can do either if you choose to, there’s multiple ways you can apply it. Not recommended , it dries quickly and the chips have a hard time embedding themselves. If anything, I’d use a spherical shaped color quarts, something that could sink into the wet film. Use within 48 hours, cap it off and bring inside . Mix units as you need them , not all at once!
None of the videos say how much time between sealer coats or when deck can get wet again.

Can the cool product be applied to concrete with a broom finish? Want to change to a kockdown texture with cool. Possible?

Can I use the triple crown left to regular clean my deck after COOL! has been applied?
Not recommended but in a pinch it could work, try diluted pool shock in water and rinse afterwards !
