How to Make a Bun with Your Cosplay Wig

I needed to make a bun for a cosplay I'm working on, so I thought "Why not make it a tutorial?". This bun is made using the sock bun method. The wig used is Jasmine in the color Titanium by Arda Wigs. This wig was constructed to be in a ponytail.

You mentioned it making layers, so I assume you used a razor and didn't just remove wefts or something? Thank you for any help!

would be nice ot have seen how you got the hair in th epnoytailt o begin with, everytime I try to put mine in a ponytail it goes slack underneath and half the fibres come loose.

Traybuff Hey there! This wig from Arda (Jasmine) is built to be put in a ponytail. It comes with a pre-built with one when you order it. Epic Cosplay also has one and it's called Phoebe. I've tried to do a ponytail with a regular wig and had a lot of frustration, so when I needed to do a high bun, a ponytail wig was a lifesaver. ok thank you, there has to be a way to do it becuase for that wig to be sold, a human being has had ot put t together like that. I've tried endless tutroials, but all you get is mesh wig cap showing through the bottom. some tutorials tell you to sew wefts on the bottom edge underneath with helps, but I still have trouble putting it in a ponytail. Thanks anyway

skye dee no she has more of a french twist then an actual bun andd it is quite a bit more complex this is more of a tinkerbell bun

i was looking at the jasmine but not for full pony tail style, it looks so thin in the photos that seeing it in this video helped! how bad is the wig once the original ponytail is removed? i know arda says it's layered and all that....
