Ive never been able to use as small an amount of plant milk as it seems like people recommend for nice cream....not that it's not good either way, of course. Definitely going to give it a try with just cherries andno banana, it sounds amazing!
Speaking of pain and fibromyalgia, I heard some pretty incredible claims that melon seeds can "considerably" alleviate fibromyalgia symptoms from a local nutritionist, but I'm always skeptical about that kind of broad remark, especially since no further information was given besides what I just wrote. Did some very brief searching and the most tangible evidence/pathway I could find was around alpha spinasterol, which apparently can be found in it and has "antinociceptive" effects, although spinach would be a more conventional source, since the very name of the phytosterol is derived from the plant. Anyway, I don't know if you guys take requests from YT comments, but it would be fantastic if you could cover that some time in the future, it would obviously be a more consistent effort than mine. I've been diagnosed with fibromyalgia since 2011 and it's always interesting to know about new relief strategies.
The caffeine in Coco and Coffee and teas have a very bad effect on my eyes.... wakes up in the morning with very puffy eyes and reduced vision... anyone else has this problem and know why that might be so....
I’m still waiting to hear him talk about the Covid “vaccine”. Has he changed his mind at all considering he’s supposedly “evidence based”. For the first time I ignored his advice and did not get the vaccine and I’m so relieved I didn’t. I just hate that it has made me distrust him and question everything he says now that is supposedly evidence based. (Has he read the Pfizer documents?) He still won’t say if he took it or not. Totally changed my opinion of him unfortunately.
Wow, this is a great summary of the research on chronic pain
patty lighten up no ones perfect he's done more good than you know
Patty doesn’t trust the actual science. She’s probably a JFK Jr fan. 🙄

Are we back to recommending erythritol?
I thought there were some concerns.
This is a repackaging of content from other videos, so that's probably the culprit.
@@fbritorufino Oh I didn't notice that. Thanks!
@@Singularity.82 It happens :)
😊

What do you do for work?
It's heavily politicized right now, and so better to wait for even more overwhelming evidence, before getting involved with that.
But why?It is "safe and effective" for raising big pharma's billions!!!
That's a valid point. I'd be interested in his research in that area.
I would like an answer as well. I k ow dr. Greg er talks immunity, immunity!!
Great info
