I always thought that would be cool. Just imagine if someone built a large housing estate that was completely rideable with crazy art work, sculptures and had options for all disciplines of action sports. Build a indoor and outdoor sk8-bmx park, wake-ski lake, motorbike-bike park . Like 3/4 bedroom houses and apartments. Just be a hub of action sports and arts culture. Kind of like a ski/mountain town but mixed with a skate plaza style, near a prosperous 2million+ population city! One can dream hey lol.
