What I get from watching their old clips/logs/vlogs, is everything, EVERY SINGLE THING that they said they were gonna do, "ill stay true to myself", "we'll show them we are a great team", all these things they said when they were young, they STILL STICK to that to this day. They did exactly what they promised ARMY. I admire them for that. There is no one like BTS

Jin was crying bcoz during the performance when they had to jump ,his pants fell and came down to his knees ,it was one of their very first performances and Jin was so sad about something like this happening as anyone would ,it's so hard to watch the hyung cry.

The amount of love to BTS you guys showed us in this video is how I admire today. I knew you guys are big fan of BTS but seeing you reacting genuinely and letting out your thoughts while watching the video is what I really appreciate. This is why @whatchagot2say is my all time favorite yt channel. Like what Nico said, they're fan first, and reactors second. I will never be tired of supporting you guys, I never thought I could find my comfort to the persons like the three of you because of BTS. i was like shouting at my screen saying "guys why so serious it's a bday prank!" but I get it, if someone saw that clip for the first time without context would react the similarly too. that aside, i gotta give props to 17 year old jungkook for standing up for himself when he feels like he's been wrongly accused.
Tbh as a 'prank' I thought that made it worse, to do/say upsetting things and then be like, ohhhh it's just a joke. All the sympathies to Jungkook, I totally would have been super upset in his place too, and he was just a teenager!

It's another thing to make someone scared or upset. But I get that this clip was from their early days, and hope that as everyone has grown and matured that they know better now. 💪

I can’t tell you how many times I have watched this chapter with other reactors, and I still get sad with the part with JK getting “scolded” and then happy birthday.
I’m with you too. I’ve seen this clip countless times and it makes me sad that he was so stressed he cried in relief. That’s the impression I get. The same with the clip of Namjoon getting pranked by Bang PD and getting asked if he wants to go solo or stay in Bangtan.

V was hidden bc the group was so small that they needed something to make commotion which was tae. They hid him up until around their debut so people would wonder “hidden member this group might be different” it was to make their debut bigger and more people would be curious with a hidden member. It’s like saying we have a secret prize of course you would get exited and wonder what it is. There’s a rumor started by army’s that they hid him bc other companies would try to steal him but that was false information started from the game Bts world. What I explained was actually confirmed by Bang pd in a interview
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought the "preventing company stealing" thing was one of the many speculations started by k-ARMYs when he was first revealed, so I think the game's use of that narrative was inspired from that.

Em you are correct. I have read and heard interviews where PD said they hid him because of his uniqueness and talent. They didn't want companies like JYP or others to steal him.

I watched to this series a few months ago. But seeing your comments, Namjoon's speech after Vegas day 1 and the Grammy? Made everything ever more meaningful in this video. Love to see they didn't change but just got more grown up and experienced about things in life. Can't wait for the rest of the videos.

Oh same, I tear up every time. Poor guy genuinely thought they were angry with him and it was all put on for his birthday. I have watched this series but it's so excellent that I am thrilled to watch it again with Armys that appreciate it as much as I do! I am stunned all over again at the "perfect storm" that is BTS. That. Debut! From their very first time - they exploded onto the stage with so much power, energy and precision, causing jaws to drop and goosebumps to race all over me. Between BigHit's willingness to support their talent and the boys' humble warrior spirits to work hard for their dreams, they were bound for greatness. Add to that their unheard-of dedication to their fans, treating us as partners in their journey rather than observers, causing us to become exactly that, and you have beloved global superstars! And those haters... I had to giggle when I saw a picture of JK wearing a shirt that said, "I need new haters...my old ones are starting to like me." HAHAHA! Mic drop!
I’ve watched this, but I’m loving watching this again with you all and your reactions. We all felt it, when they were surprising JK. I’m old enough to be his mom, and my momma protection went into high gear..I wanted to come right out of my seat, tears in my eyes… The creators of this documentary did an amazing job, capturing the raw emotion of it all. 💜💜

BTS' biggest appeal is, like you said, they haven't changed...how humble and grateful they were in the beginning and how they are the same now. And people might bag on them about wearing all the designer stuff, flying private jets, etc etc, but so what??!! Isn't that the whole purpose of working hard, achieving success and enjoying life? And you three are exactly the same as when you started too...same fun, down to earth, just good people. As we see all the crazy stuff going on in the US and the world, its comforting to know and a good reminder that there are still good, decent human beings out there...BTS and you guys. Lastly, isn't it crazy that at 18-20 years, BTS seemed to have been more mature, sensible, grateful and wise than adults twice their age??!!

Yes, they risked making themselves vulnerable to connect with fans and coped with cruel criticism and constant pressure, but they did so as youth, not adults. I'm struck by their level-headedness and resilience at such a young age, which reflects well on Bang Sihyuk and other mentors at Big Hit.

Ayo! Thanks for uploading yalls reaction so quickly! It's crazy how much content is out there but the creators for the series did a good job. Love the little clips showing what to expect on the next episode, it's well done. Always gets me to see the clip of Jin crying because he had an issue with his mic pack being a bit heavy and pulling his pants down during the performance, due to all the jumping in the choreo. He felt like he let his brothers down and the company...obviously he did not though! You will still find clips today of how upset any of the guys get when they feel they didn't perform well or when they have to partially sit out due to sickness or injury...I hope by now they know that they are still loved and valued despite one small set back that was out of their control. The birthday prank on Jungkook...man, that got me too when I first saw it. The bangtan bomb about it is nice though. It's so cute seeing them prank one another! They all knew, even back then, that Jungkook was a golden child...he is ridiculously talented! That's why Hope said, "seriously, thanks for being born", in the clip from the prank. You'll see more of the hate the guys got and even when some members seemed to have "more fans" than others...the ones who felt hurt being skipped in line at fan meetings or not getting letters from fans...but they pushed on they always do! I know other groups experience similar feelings and events...not just in kpop but I really appreciate yall for always staying true to shedding the light on just BTS for us fellow ARMY. I mean, yall gave props to Exo too which is so nice of you! Plus Exo do go off too...BTS even give props to their fellow idols and have no problem praising other great artists! Our humble kings stay on their thrones for a reason!

Watching these episodes makes me even more proud of these BTS guys. I wasn't there when they started and just found them in early 2021. But, I'm definitely ARMY. No one else like them in the world. The biggest reasons that I truly admire about BTS is the strength that each one has had to undergo. Seven years ago I watched this group of young men from a distant country. Not knowing any of their words that was sang. The very first thing that I did notice is that they were very respectful, showed love and totally worked their asses off. The total package is what I loved. I knew deep down that those seven young men would climb their mountain. I am a hard core fan of BTS. They all could be my grandsons lol. I'm Army since 2017. I recently saw the serie and although I had already seen most of the content, it moves me again and I'm more and more proud of the way they are doing right now.
