    Great video but I have a doubt you have told us about how we supervise Trip coil when it got opened... it will activate 95ABC but my question is what in case of Trip coil or resistor got shorted how can this be detected by TCS relay?

      If trip coil or Trip Resistance is shorted, huge current will flow through the Trip ckt, tripping the control MCB, and making Control Voltage zero which in turn gives TCS faulty.

      Fault current being very large, Resistors wont be able to limit it. I will check what I mentioned in the Video though.

      Your question is genuine but impractical.when resistor blows it will become open circuit not short circuit.

    According to you at 19.50 both coil A and B in series it means both coil operated at a time.

    @09:40 jo slide hai, in that plz check the bottom table. When Breaker is OFF, then post close element(95A) should be "reset", not "operated".

    sir two acb are electrically interlocked . when mains supply fails genrtor start and genrator ACB closed . but when mains supply resume genratorn ACB open but mains ACB does not close. how i mechenically close ACB. in emergecy situation

    you can trip ; breaker through remote switch ' and when your local / remote switch ;installed in circuit breaker ; position on local ' then u can trip; the breaker through local off puch button ; and relay trip signal is not through local / remote switch ; this trip ; signal going to tripp; coil directly ;

    Very nice explain and informative video's keep it up.
    Also one More doubt that, As per circuit flow during Off condition OR Pre-Close condition both A&B coil would be energized. And during Post-close only A coil will be energized.
    Please revert with specific technical explaination.

      Bhai, thanks a lot. 95A, 95B or 95C ka Operating Voltage ya 220 V DC ya 110 V DC hota hai, jo bhi DC Voltage available hai wo Relay hame kharadna Padega. Matlab agar 220 V DC Voltage hai to hame 220 V DC ka TCS Relay kharaidna padega. Resistance ki Value check karke reply karta hu.
