I think this year is unprecedented. He's 43 and threw for 40TD and 4600YDS at a 67% clip. That alone would be incredible. Add in the fact, its COVID, he had no off-season, no pre-season, plays in a notoriously difficult Bruce Arians system, is essentially co-offensive coordinator (Arians said this recently), is playing on a very young inexperience team in a culture of losing, won 3 playoff games against 2 GOAT's, won a playoff game at Lambo, and took his team to a Super Bowl in their home city. So many of these things are unprecedented or extremely difficult but Tommy did it all in one season.... AT AGE 43!!! I agree before this year the Rams Super Bowl was his hardest road and the Falcons was his best game, but in totality this year is something we will never see again in any sport.

His age makes it remarkable and that is it. I have been a big fan of Brady since his first SB and one of the things that makes him the GOAT is he has been able to lead teams that had outcasts from other teams to the SB or AFCCG year after year. The team he has now has 3 great WR's, 2 great TE, 2 really good RB's, a great defense, and a very good O-line. He was the only QB out of 4 last weekend to throw more than on interception and it took a very bad missed PI near the end of the first half and a bad PI call near the end of the game to bail him out last Sunday.

Hard to debate which was his best super bowl run since I can remember him ever being the underdog. He has been the underdog in the superbowl but Idk about the games leading up to it.

i kinda agree with Max here. The undefeated regular season was epic sauce, but Brady was in his prime. Brady at 43 doing this is amazing. First ever to do it. No QB at his age has come close to this number, not Montana, not Bradshaw, not his peers, who have either wilted or retired. The Undefeated season has been done, and done better, by the 72 Dolphins. But the 07 Patriots were dominant, but had build upon a winning culture from their first superbowl win in 01. The Buccaneers last won the superbowl when I was in my teens, and I am in my thirties now. They were 7-9. They had the losing-est record in all of sports. And when Brady came, he changed the aura of that team. His teammates have constantly mention it, the Tom Brady effect is real. The Patriots have always known about this effect, and seeing it in Tampa just adds to the legend that is Brady. Him, at 43, playing a first ever home superbowl game, to try and win his 7th ring, to bring glory to a franchise who was known to be dysfunctional at best, is the most impressive run to the superbowl that Brady has ever done.

Brady's Most Impressive Neutral/SB Game: SB LI
    Brady's Most Impressive Season: 2016-2017
Brady's Most Impressive Road Game: Pats-Chiefs 2018 AFC Title
Brady's Most Impressive Home Game: Ravens-Pats 2014 AFC Divisional
I will change my tune for the season and SB part if he and the Bucs beat the Chiefs.

I cant believe I'm about to say this....... I agree 100% with Max. Was the 2007 season great? Absolutely it was historic but Tom Brady was 30 years old in 2007. He is 43 this season. He doesnt have Belichick he basically had to bring this team together on the fly. This is his greatest accomplishment. He went to Tampa Bay and brought a 7-9 team the year before he got there and now they are in the superbowl? SAS I know you only said that 2007 was better to argue with Max and that's cool but Max was right

To be honest, I agree with Max. TB had every obstacle in front of him to not succeed this season. Even if he was on a good team, Jameis Winston could have never took Tampa Bay to the Super Bowl. They needed Tom Brady, and even though they had a rough start early, they ended up getting into the playoffs and beating superteams like the Saints, and the Packers. And now he has to take on the best team this season in Kansas City. I doubt anybody could have that type of season over 40.

Stephen A Smith actually proved Max’s point even more by trying to argue his point lol. That ‘07 Patriots team had arguably one of the greatest wide receivers ever, one of the best slot receivers in more recent years, and a normal season/offseason/preseason. Brady didn’t have any of that going for him this season, all while joining a new team. The Buccaneers have talent on their team, but I don’t see any players that automatically scream “Hall of Fame” except for Brady and Gronk (who is clearly just there to be an extra offensive lineman at this point for the most part). Win or lose, I don’t think it’s even questionable that this is Brady’s most impressive run. I agree with Max on this one.

I feel like people don’t seem to be understanding Max’s point here. By having the expectation Brady would be this good at 43, you’re not giving him the adulation he deserves. No one should be this good at this age, yet Brady is. That shouldn’t be taken for granted.
