This is a standalone, 5-level expansion pack (think Half-Life: Opposing Force or Serious Sam: The Second Encounter) for Serious Sam 4 detailing the events between "The Package" and "From Earth Will Love".
If you mean the game title in the description, it's bugged because Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem isn't picked up by the TH-cam database yet. It'll be corrected later.

To add clarity in this, its a alternate timeline where Sam took a different route.
As I recall, he was meant to chase down General Brand in Tunguska but ends up in Siberia instead. Brand got shot down and was presumed dead through almost the whole game until the near end he’s revealed alive.
This is the only game so far that never did actually follow the timeline as Serious Sam 4 connects to Serious Sam 3.
