I love this video, one question I have is, if I’m using about 3 herbal extracts. Does the total have to add up to 5% in a w/o product? Where all the extracts say use a usage rate between 1-5%
Usually, you would only have 5% total input of your herbal extracts, in both w/o and o/w. There may be reasons why you want more, but they can then impact stability greatly, when used in higher quantities. Thanks for your great videos,up to your experience, which is better? 1-to use powder herbal extract 2- making an alcoholic herbal extract then add it to the formulation?
