Then Wednesday the workman compensation insurance company told me I was deny. I have already got a lawyer. But do you think I have a case? btw, I found that there was suppose to be rod to be able to push back the package. I've never was told or even seen one.

I can't tell you for sure what the terms of their particular offer was, however it would be very unusual for an employer or insurance company to want to only settle out one of your claims unless the other date of injury was with a different employer. They usually want to settle them both out at the same time to not continue to have liability for you after the settlement has been finalized

most places no. Most private insurances do not even cover chiropractor. There's this commonly accepted belief around insurances that chiropractors are basically witch doctors. Though they do a great job.

My boss told me to lie about how I got hurt and said he would pay for it. While I was off work with 5 pins in my finger he called me up when an employee went to jail and asked me if I'd come in. I gotten the bill and it was a little over 5k but he acted as if it wasn't a problem but about 2 weeks after that I get a call from workers comp asking me about the accident. as soon as my finger healed he came up with an reason to fire me. I never got a dime from it nor did I want anything but I still feel I wasn't treated fairly. Can someone tell me what kind of options I may have?

Say a guy herniates a disc on the job and settles for 50k. Can he later use his own private insurance to pay for back surgery while pocketing WC money?
No. You were explained the options before accepting the settlement. Once you settle you forego future treatments. Also no you can’t use private insurance for a workers comp injury. Speak to the lawyer who settled your case for certainty. In “some” situations your case can be reopened however it’s totally up to the insurer. Good luck
