Yes! Similar to this video, just place a hot tub in the sunken part but make it the size of the hot tub plus room for stairs and a space where they can enter the hot tub

the fish is from aquarium. you add some aquarium and add the fish in the aquarium, and then make the aquarium small with press [ button.
