Hello you handsome manlys @ChrisWillx @AndrewHuberman, you two are making me blush 😊
I would have wanted to hear more about Andrew’s personal protocols though you interrupted him and talked about yourself instead
Keep on inspiring us Chris 💙
Chris, what you say about living for “Future Chris” is great. It’s similar to the experiencing/remembering self from Thinking Fast And Slow. I recently wrote a book on finding happiness through aligning values and actions that has a lot of these same ideas. I sent your team a copy in case you are interested - any viewers who are interested can find it online - “ABCD: Finding Happiness…”
Thanks for all the great content ❤
The idea of working immediately after waking is something I accidentally stumbled upon. I started reading for an hour every day the second I wake up, and it’s become the best part of my day! I never read much in my life and now I’m on a 90 day streak!
I'm going to try that, thank you. Already gave up using the phone for the first hour of the morning, so this will fill in nicely :)
@@simonwoodley5037 you won’t regret it brother
What have you been reading, if I may? I've been thinking of cutting the phone habit some
@@yessumify lately I’m reading the old Walter isaacson biographies. I read Steve Jobs and just couldn’t put it down; then Einstein and now I’m reading Benjamin Franklin. Biographies are just so readable and informative
@@MathGPT absolutely. Those are some inspiring minds to read about and great perspectives. I think I'll read a book by MLK in honor of him and then go from there. Enjoy!
The first thing I do everyday, rain/shine/wind/heat/cold, is go for a 5 minute outdoor run immediately after waking up. It’s a horrible feeling getting up and immediately forcing myself to run outside into the cold, but the feeling I have afterwords is what drives me. Going from sleep to full awakeness and productivity in minutes. It’s great. Quicker than coffee.
I'm a lazy mf, .Sitting for 2 min with my shoes on, have to go for a walk
I take 15 minutes to brew a stove top percolator then sit on my duff scrolling through TH-cam. Don’t forget to like and subscribe for more tips.

The idea of active meditation is amazing. The process of giving time to your mind to create and build upon a certain idea is awesome.
I thrive with scheduled structure, and I always welcome Huberman’s wisdom. Thank you as usual, Chris!
Love this! Perfect timing! ❤❤❤
Chris and Andrew dropping some immaculate wisdom for us and for some reason people are hyper-fixated on the thumbnail 😪
It was a joke bc he’s so hyper-optimized
As someone who didn't see the original thumbnail can someone tell me what's all the fuss about?
Thanks for helping me to be Optimised.
Love it!

Hello,from Uzbekistan
Hello
someday, you may need to add the part where your wife was sick all night, your 1yr old kept waking you up and you have to pack lunches and get the other two to school, not to mention cancel the afternoon meeting cause now you have to pick them up
one scenario off the top of my head
BUT strangely its worth it
Chris is such an underrated TH-camr! I pray one day I can interview these amazing gentlemen! God loves y’all❤️
"Start work within 90 seconds of waking up"
Yeah.. My priorities on waking up are to have a pee, put my contact lenses in so I can see what I'm doing, then feed the cat.
And there's also the small matter of getting dressed, since my teenage daughters aren't keen on their Dad being naked around the house.
There's anyway a flow starting as soon as you wake up, close enough imo
@@MetalCrull Hahaha - nice one
Great video. Respectfully, it would be better if you stop interrupting Andrew. Please let him finish his ideas and share yours once he ends speaking. 🙏🏼
I'm Huberman pilled
"Young man, you have got IT." Dorothy Gish.
Why does he keep interrupting Huberman in the middle of his answer to talk about himself?
Maximum productivity = Maximum wellbeing?
As a man, yes.
@@mikel2976 Well, to an extent. But if you said "in order to be productive I will only sleep six hours" then that would cease to be true. There is also more to being a human, or a man for that matter, than being someone who is constantly doing doing doing.
I find the biggest problem for me with productivity is that I spend too much time online, and not enough time getting good sleep.
I've been definitely making progress, but it's a lot of work to stay focused in today's world. I find myself becoming more distracted due to technology.
Your thumbnail photo is not optimal….. Just saying
Can't argue there lol.
U gonna get likes
Yeah. Huberman's face alone is already click bait worthy.
And yet.. here we are talking about it 😊
Yea his thumbnails are not indicative of the quality of the podcasts. Idk why he has chosen this path and I'm sure it's losing him views from people that just instantly click away.
Why not simply make some healthy cookies & create a win/win!?
🫡
Sometime, a lot of the times, I try to maximize my unproductivity.
PLEASE do not start using weird AI art in the thumbnail. I have been a fan for a while now. Please do not dip to the levels of some of these youtubers...
Algorithm
Or... just do the thing.
this is how… he does the thing… LOL😂
Muh hoobermun
Please don't succumb to using AI generated art. Not cool man. This podcast deals with people being productive, having sense of worth, smashing it. Feels counter intuitive
For the thumbnail photo for this clip, was is really necessary to show some random black face with bulging eyes next to andrew huberman just to get clicks? it's this exact "woke" shit that all the content creators are doing that's such a turn off to viewers, but their just not going to out and tell you. I don't know if your TH-cam masters are instructing you to constantly do this but it's subliminal propaganda.
I really dont know who put that up there bc its so different from what is nornally up there. Also, ive noticed that when women or dating is the main topic theres some crazy cartoon of a woman
Come on, it's hilarious..
What do you mean bro? This is the closest we will ever get to see a wojak in one of his thumbnails 😂😂😂😂😂
@@catcat9582 Yeah, for example, I watch a channel called closer to truth, that deep dives into philosophy, science, etc, ok?, but the thumbnail clips are just of the interviewer and the guest sitting down., you see? why can't they just do that?, but since 2021/22 there's this unnecessary, repetitive relentless push to just slap a black face on everything! soon when you turn on the news to see the weather, instead of a drawing of the sun, ☀️ it'll be a photo of whoopi goldberg... just... because.
You’re just waffling
Very routinized life. Incompatible with social reliationships.
if you want it to be, sure
WTFis going on with the thumbnail. It looks like that weird clickbait crap you see all over websites.
*"man discovers this one weird trick for making endless money from home"*
Edit: looks like they caved to the criticism and changed it 😂
@@avastone5539 they changed it from a very weird picture
Maximum productivity? Sounds boring.
Get a life.
There are times where you need to be productive.
I’m tired of this guy.
I am so sick of hearing about this fn guy.
