Ive been trying this mousse and i agree that when you first put it in its not conditioning like a lot of curl mousses are and it makes it my hair feel kinda straw like, but once i scrunch in the curls and let it dry my curls turn out super soft and shiny

Great results I like you with big hair. When watching this product being used on others they have also mentioned a texture change and a drying effect. It was described as feeling like they used alcohol products. So perhaps it is just the feel the product gives🤷🏽♀️.
I tried the mousse. I couldn't resist the pink can. I love pink...but the mousse was not great for my hair. When I first applied it, I had nice curls, but then all my curls slid out and it was hardly wavy, , and it felt like there was a plastic coating on my hair, which there was, from the polyquats. Your hair, on the other hand, always looks good!
