I have a 1994 DYNA with soft canvas/leather bags that need refurbishing. Can you repair and refurbish these? They are the kind that "Screws Into" the bottom of the rear fender. If not, then do you know someone that does this type of work? Thanks,

The first Heritage Softail Custom FLST/C that came stock with bags a 1987 in which I purchased new and still own, came with different bags. They had the silver studs but had fringe, three - star conchos with lace straps, were an almost replica of bags Indian used on 50's era bikes and in my opinion looked better. I am betting you do not have lids for these.

Shogun auto group ok then, are you ready? Can you replace the tops of saddlebags for a 1987 Heritage Softail Classic? How about another question? Can you make a complete exact copy of the same bags that are 29.5 years old? Because the whole bags has shrunk and looks distorted, nothing like what the originals looked like.

Harley is shit. I have a 2002 Yamaha v star 1100 with leather bags and they are still as new. I have a 2003 Indian Spirit with leather bags and they still in new condition, my wife has a 2002 Yamaha v star 650, bags are still awesome.
Harley has known about this problem for many years and did nothing about it.
Shit company selling substandard products who does not give a shit about customers unless they can nickel and dime that customer into buying new bags and other bullshit that doesn't work.
I also have a 2014 Indian Chief vintage and the bags are still as new.
The problem is Harley, and they just don't care, they only want to sell you additional products and squeeze every dime out of your wallet.
