My wife and I stopped into Boss Bags this summer with my Heritage Softail bags while on a road trip. I was expecting to leave them there and have them shipped to me when I got home. I met Brad and his mother (dad was out of town) and Brad offered to fix up my bags on the spot "if I had thirty minutes." I had thirty minutes! The bags were in good shape before but now look fantastic and I could not be happier with my upgraded bags and straps. I also bought a windshield bag and will probably purchase a rear fender bib in the near future. I recommend this product and the custom product line, which based on the showroom examples was of excellent quality. Thanks guys!
Thats awesome, but everyone who owns a Heritage Softail should have this done, and send the bill to H-D since they could have done it right the 1st time, but they were more interested in cost saving and using substandard materials and workmanship. 2017 and they just fixed (or so they say) the saggy bag problem thats been happening for 20+ years. Way to take care of your customers Harley.
I'm so sick of freaking Harley. My bags looked like shit 2 years in. I found some nice looking bags on Amazon but the conversion brackets don't match up to my 6 1/4 inches of bolt separation. So it's the dreaded backpack for me. Cuz the bag place is in Wisconsin and I'm in Houston....
interesting, I just bought a 2012 Heritage Softail with those same saddle bags didn't really notice if they sag I think they might already be reinforced I'll have to check, although Harley does have a flat top kit I like your design better especially for the lid.
Sir, What a wonderful job, congratulations. The crumpled, or wilted, appearance of the saddlebags of the older Heritages always displeased me. The aesthetic result of his work is sensational. Luckily at Heritage 2017 this has changed. I have one and the bags have a stiffer look. I have friends here in Brazil who would love this kit. Do you sell and ship here to Brazil? Thank you.

Sad. Harley skimps on craftsmanship. Pay top dollar for their product and they deliver this it was once said why is there enough time to do the job correctly the second time
