Gilding flakes and Lucious Powder are certainly a great way to "up your game" and make a beautiful card out of a disaster! I have seen both used, but not in this way and I have never experienced using them myself as neither are in my stash. Guess I'll have to venture into new territory. Thanks for sharing your tricks! 😉
I really do like the layout of this card too!! I forgot to mention this in my previous comment. I saw you have another video with similar layout. I’m going back to watch the older videos because today was the first time you popped up in my feed. I’m thrilled that it finally did!! Blessings, Nancy Rolfe
Hello and thank you so much, you are absolutely right I have used this before it is one of my favourite dies and as I am on a self imposed sabbatical from spending any money on stamps or dies for at least a month I am revisiting old dies in my stash, its great fun 😁 ❤️❤️❤️
It never fails when I get out gilding flakes my two cats find their way into the craft room. 😮 Luscious Powder will be a wonderful fix for some of the furry problems. Thank you so much!
Loved this card. A lovely idea for a clean and simple card. The last time I used flakes I used different widths of double sided tape to stick it down. The flakes are SO unruly , I was finding it everywhere😂😂
Thank you and yes I have used the double sided sheets too, it's not as messy but you are so right those little flakes go everywhere and dearhelp you if you sneeze when the lid is off 😁❤️❤️

Love this! Clever way to fix the holes in gilding flakes!! I’m so impressed and it’s a beautiful card… You really are clever and creative!! I don’t know where to buy luscious powders in the US and they look so fun and pretty!! I’d love to have some. If you know where please let me know. I’m pretty new to paper crafts. I found it after I retired from teaching math 40 years.
Thank you so, so much, that is very kind and such a lovely message to receive.
