I love your videos! Can a DS Injector with 1/4 ID line be plumbed properly with a 1/2 bulkhead on a tank without just dropping the loose 1/4 line in the tank through the bulkhead opening? I wanted to use 1/4 barbs on the bulkhead but i am afraid the 1/2 gap inside the bulkhead would prevent soap from pulling.

Thanks for the breakdown. You may try using psi and force. 1 inch of 50 psi is 50 pounds of force. 2 inches of area at 50 psi is 100 pounds of force. I'm pretty sure.

What was the purpose to cut out more space on the small center strainer? Will that allow more water flow? Do you notice any difference with the water flow filling up the tank?

Yes. It will just take a bit longer to pull chem the first time.
