I think this is my same issue with my 2014 KTM 250 sxf. I think it's getting plenty of fuel but there isn't enough oomph to light it up so it gets flooded and that cycle drains my battery.
Hi mate. My problem isn't with the bendix. It's either the starter motor itself (350 W 2012 Husaberg TE 250, equivalent to KTM XC-W), or the battery. Can you tell what battery do you have?Cheers!
BENDIX (55140026100)this is for a 2014 200 xcw as far as your 300 i would need to know year and model or you can go to motorsport.com and shop oem parts . it has diagrams and oem part #
Always get a kick out of your vids.....BUT.....why are you not SUPPORTING local shops when you are in need of parts ??? BUY LOCAL.....SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS......HAWAII FIRST !!!
Big Joe screw local. When I buy local I wait longer, pay more. Order online, sometimes parts come next day and a lot cheaper. Plus I don't have to drive to pick parts up.
Found your video after replacing starter motor and still having problem, thanks for posting. If you want to see how much time I spent before this look here th-cam.com/video/Zwb5oC3_uKY/w-d-xo.html The problem with my bendix was a slipping gear, not bent but very similar cranking problem.......
+Dale Wells Im so glad that this video helped you out . I just wish you had watched it earlier , maybe it could have save you some time and money . Any glad to help another rider anyway I can .
