This pastor is a real man of God. He knows how to teach very well. I learnt a lot listening to you even though I am a Catholic I don't believe in religion bias. You are good. Thank you sir.

Tithing is not just a principle, it's a biblical command (Hebrews 12:11, Philippians 4:13). Thank you, Pastor, for guiding us towards spiritual discipline.

Very balanced message on tithing. Everyone should listen to this version and put the tithing controversy to rest

I saw this message where it was edited out of context. And i was wondering but i had to look for the whole message. My question here is if it was edited out of context. What is the motive. Hence we should be careful of bloggers. Whenever you see them post anything. Please look for the full sermon

Thank you for answering question in the area of gift, it is not all gifts you give tithes on.

I like your humility, sir. Thank you for the perspective. However, should we say that because men are not yielding to the Spirit, then we should continue to be under the law? Where then is the grace of God? If the church goes back to the law because men are not yielding to the Spirit, it means we have powerless believers.(who are not filled with the Spirit) We are supposed to be led by the Spirit of God in all that we do. All that we have belongs to the Lord, and God loves a cheerful giver. If we continue in the law, it means we are compelling men to give. But we ought not to give under compulsion. Some people still give the tithe because they see it as a must, not because they want to. That is why so many are not blessed. God loves a cheerful giver. And we should not give because we want to receive. It is more blessed to give than to receive.
My fellow brethren, let us give as unto the Lord, the church is us, and we should be concerned about the body. Pastor has elaborated on why we need to give. It is to help the poor and take care of the running of the church facility etc.
We should give because we love God and want to advance the kingdom. We should not do it as if we are doing God a favour.Give as you have purposed in your heart , not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. 2 Corinthians 9:7
The truth is that the law is a burden , but grace is better. Calculating 10% is more tedious. Give freely 😊
Brethren, I believe more in-depth study of the word will make us more Spirit filled. Seek to know God, our Heavenly father, more like Paul sought to know Him, despite his level of spiritual growth. Let the love of God compel us.
Finally, the just shall live by faith. Are you in ministry? Trust God and live by faith. God can not send us on an errand and live us stranded....He will provide for Himself what is required to fulfil and accomplish His assignment.

One thing many don't know is, the actual beginning of new testament in the Bible.
New Testament begings when Jesus shed his blood at Calvary, therefore everything happened before then was under the Old Testament. Jesus told that rich man follow the mosaic law Matthew 19:16-17, because that time was extended part of the old testament. Jesus told his disciples in Mark 14: 24 of his blood symbolise by wine with them as the foundation of the New Testament dispensation.
The manifestation was on the day of Pentecost. I'm I right?

@@patriciaayenor1043 you have spoken well, one thing we lack today is contentment which is great gain, we have all joined the bandwagon of l pass my neighbor my empire is larger than yours and yoked ourselves with too much burden house cells should be enough meeting as was in the early church but no today we are in competition of building the largest tent after the 1940s and 1950s American Oral Roberts vs Jack Coe bragging rights of whose tent was larger! We are wasting money on fancy painted blocks and chairs and mics and TVs this pushes us to covertness.

Tithing was practised since the day of Abraham before the law. Just as restitution predated the law. After the law, they are still practised. Paul was restricted in the book of Acts. What is wrong giving 10th to God when the government collects 25th. God even demands all, including the tither in the New Testament because He gave all. We still have locusts in our days, which are not the like in the Old Testament.

Thank God that I found the full version of your sermon, I was almost convinced that you are a false teacher from the skit or vlog I found where they matched Daddy GO's explanation of Matthew 23:23 with yours - where you implied in this sermon that there is no teaching of tithes in the new testament .. this false sir. The start of your sermon implied falsehood. Also missing up gift offerings with tithes and firstfruits which you never mentioned or differentiated is also not replacing this two offerings. The question of are you cursed when you don't tithe or use your tithes for the flesh - the main bone of contention in Daddy GO's and up in arms by anti-tithers is not even mentioned. When people fail to honour God with their tithes that is a sin.
