Should I strip, sell or restore it?

This w202 c250 diesel came in a few days ago. Beautiful interior, good running om605 and a noisy 2nd gear. Should I strip for parts, should I sell as is or should I restore?

All minor issues, worth saving. But if you end up stripping, I'm looking for the diesel filter bolt and the rear engine hanger.

Not much to restore. Leaving the beauty pageant tappet cover off in my opinion saves the heat collecting on top and wasting the diesel leak off lines between the injectors. They need to replaced rather often, still, super comfy and reliable car!

I’d repair the gearbox and sell it or repair the headliner and freshen up the paint in addition and sell it for a bit more. I believe the white molding strips came from the factory in white, so no need to paint them black. A perfectly usable and reliable car as is with the gearbox repaired.

On the Elegance they were a light grey (on a white car), on the Classic they were black. That's the easy part though, the rest might be a bit too close to the bone to do unfortunately but I'll see...

Doesn't seem like there's much wrong with it besides the gearbox. Nice and rust free. Would seem like a waste of a good shell.
