I am an odia girl and was born in odisha but i was brought up in jamshedpur becayse my father worked there. after i completed my graduation i came back to bbsr for my master's and i can say bbsr is way better than jharkhand. The climate, culture, behaviour, food, including development and facilities for students everything is 10 times best as compare to jharkhand. Yes, staying in bbsr is little bit costly like room rent, transportation, and food cost but you can manage that if considering about the development. I don't know why she doesn't like this place.🤔

1 Beach is near
2 corruption is worst in Jharkhand
3 Transportation is cheap

Bangalore is good but not a free city, Bhubaneswar is way well designed than Bangalore, It will take 30 mins in Bhubaneswar to roam around one corner to another but it will take 3-4 hours for the same in Bangalore, Except Weather & IT companies Bangalore is nowhere near to Bhubaneswar.
We have Puri & Cuttack nearby & Metro is planned and Foreign Investments are rising day by day, Wonderla Amusement park is opening & the best thing is bhubaneswar's Population is 1.6 million while Bangalore's Population is 16 millions.

You want climate of Bhubaneswar to Change ?😂 Want to change a natural phenomenon ? Did not you know before coming to Odisha ? It is prone to cyclone, lies in the tropics . Earth's axis is titled and the tropics gets the most sunlight. Odisha is a coastal state and its coastal cities will definitely have more humidity. Plus the more the concrete in the name of the development, the more heat will be trapped. So Summer will be harsh. Or you thought you will get snowfall ? I guess a little research about the weather Pattern would have helped before coming here.

I think everyone has different perspectives.So it's fine as long as you don't go to the extent of imposing your thoughts and trying to inculcate the same into others' minds.But whatsoever I found this interview a little cliche.There is a section of people who are trying to hold on to their culture and tradition and there is another section who are far away from it and don't even try to get some time and dig into it,why,because they find it unworthy.These people try to get their spots in this changing world by adapting to this not so worthy society and completed ignorant of the past.Such a pity that it's not changing.
