For a British table would be cool to have a mini excalibur key going into a shield or crest. And change poker chips for different tea bags

Beautiful beautiful amazing work!!! I freaking love it! The thing I don't get that doesn't make sense to me is having a poker set in it, where you're not able to remove the poker set so you're able to bring it to a proper gaming table where you're able to play comfortably. But if you had made it to where you're able to pick up the whole set like it was in a tray, then to me it would make total sense. The guns and knifes on the other hand is an amazing added touch to the table, having the guns & knives in it makes total sense! Well done, great work!

Would you make a gaming table for tabletop games? Card games? Board games? Tabletop role playing games?
There are companies that make things like this. It may be an interesting challenge for you.
The ability to have a sub table so you can have a board game in progress but, tucked away so the next day you still have access to your table.
Places for miniatures for people who play tabletop games which is quickly becoming a huge, huge industry.
Something to keep beverages (and inevitable spills) from getting into game areas.
This isn’t a genre of furniture I’m super familiar with. People who buy them do spend big money though.

    • @davidolundell

Man you have to go through a complete build from start to finish as good as you can. With edits to try to keep it to 2 or 3 hours and let us see all of your process. I think you would get enough views on something like that to make a nice payday on it more than your tables I would imagine. They are beautiful I can only imagine they have to be at least anfew thousand dollars a piece.

Sorry, this may take a minute. So I thought up design for a table, but I don't have the equipment or know how to get it done. Push the main skull, templar logo and gravity drops a hinged AR500 plate the length of the table, to the floor. At the same time, the wooden top pops up, lined with AR500, where you can access your pistol, rifle, or shotgun...and be completely safe behind the table. Questions?

Oh Man!!! I have been a massive Fan of everything to do with The Hobbit, LOTR for 40 years, I annoy my Wife as when we talk about what we would have in a house if we ever get the chance to build our own, I MUST have a Round Oak Door in there, and round windows! I've also been into Chests and Boxes with hidden compartments in for as long as I know, watched National Treasure probably 10 times just to see THAT table again 😂have you thought about doing an exact copy of that table David?! I'm also keen on some day getting one of the Spiral Wine Cellars built below one of the rooms and hidden with some kind of amazing opening, which I bet you would 100% be the man to build that! I'm a British Army Veteran, EOD/Bomb Disposal, so have a lot of Challenge Coins and various 'gizzets' I'm also a collector of Coins as in Silver and Gold coins and recently I've started buying at auction Medieval Seals, where they used them with melted wax to seal letters and documents, maybe you could use the ideal of a Seal to fit into part of the table to open another compartment! I'm an avid reader of Julian Stockwin Kydd series about life on board British Warships in Napoleonic times following the adventures of Thomas Kydd from being Press Ganged to becoming the Captain of a Man 'O' War... also read the awesome Cato & Macro Eagles of the Emoire Roman legionnary series by Simon Scarrow and lastly the Black Powder Guild, a secretive Guild for those who have worked with or work with Gunpowder/Explosives/Pyrotechnics is very close to my heart and we have some excellent logos... all of the above would make for an Epic Table! Basically a Table that would be fitting in a Captain's Cabin on an old Man of War, or in a Gentleman's Study overlooking the Ocean, filled with hidden compartments and puzzle openings 😎 or in a hidden Pirates Lair on a remote Island! is this something you could think on David? I am in Europe... You are an absolute master at your trade...

I don't know if this is feasible or not, but I just had an idea.
Maybe you could make the central pane, where you put the flag, in a way, that, once you unlocked it, the whole thing lifts up on rails, out of the table, and then you can rotate it on a central axis, and there is something on the underside.
I hope this is somewhat understandable?
