    Very cool range of suggestions. And I love your Gesso flowers. Especially the wet on wet one! One amazing Brusho artist I watched (Ward Jene Stroud) actually folds a piece of paper & uses that to sprinkle the crystals where he wants them. Helps him create a lot better control of where they land when he’s trying to add them to small places.

    Thank you so much for demonstrating techniques for Brusho. I bought a few colors and I haven’t used them yet. You patient tutelage has given me ideas how I might use them effectively. Wonderful, easy to follow examples! ❤️

    I have never used Brusho but love to experiment. Loved watching your video. I just might have to order a few colors to try. Love the gesso flowers. Also love seeing the tack hole on the lid. I understand this powder can go everywhere. Great idea. Thank you so much.

    I easily grow tired of using a particular set of supplies or design for the 20 valentines, I’m currently working on. When this occurs, I come and watch you show instruct us how you use a certain supplies or technique. Off to get out my Brushos. They are so fun to experiment with and your examples are great reminders. Thanks again, Luise. I keep learning things from you.

    It will be a long time before I try this directly in a book! I really appreciate the instruction and suggestions . I have some brushos. ✔️I have some paper.✔️ Some brushes.✔️ Water✔️ Gesso-used once.✔️Confidence✖️. Your video is a good start for me, thank you.

      oh, just try it!! I struggled in the beginning as well and I was really nervous. But with a little practice it's really easy and so much fun! And even the accidents can look great lol. You can also try it on scrap paper or some junk envelopes or that stuff if you don't want to use your book directly. If you like it, you can glue it to your page afterwards. have fun!

    Couldn’t help but wonder… what if you sprinkled paper with Brushos first, then put on stencil, and then spray with water. Hmmmm…. Your pages were really different 3 years ago. You are an artist with many, many techniques, talents and styles under your belt. You are amazing!

    I’m so thankful to have found your wonderful channel. I just recently received my brush I ordered. I have been wanting to use and play with it, but haven’t seen many actually demonstrative videos. Most are “swatching” or just random things. Not actually eating in a journal. Your artwork is requisite and I absolutely will try your gesso floral technique shown.
    My question I have is asking what was the grey waterproof lightfast black ink pen to used (brand, size name pls). It looked like it said “AP” on it, but I couldn’t figure out how to find it in Amazon when I searched AP, but I’m not sure if that’s the brand name or not, as nothing pulled up. I live in USA, so if there isn’t a one in Amazon, can you suggest a similar one to yours and provide an Amazon link pls? Thank you again, I’m a new subscriber to your channel and so thankful for your beautiful artwork demos. God bless you.

      Thank you! For that technique nearly any pen would work, I would suggest a stabilo pen with a ball in the tip, that's easier to handle on the surface the brushos provide after drying

    • @scarlettHischild
      @scarlettHischild 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@luiseheinzl thank you so very much Luise. I noticed your pen you used showed in the white writing on the grey pen it was lightfast and waterproof. I was very interested to find that particular brand pen for that reason.

    Nice tips. Have you tried making sprays with brushos? I think that will work better with the stencils since you don’t have all that water.

    • @luiseheinzl
      @luiseheinzl  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Could work, but then you wouldn't see all of those different colors of the pigments

    So very lovely....each unique techniques! What was the white "paint" in a tube that you used to accent the 6 colored circles? Want to play with your ideas! Thank you. 🤗

    • @luiseheinzl

      I guess you mean the corrector pen? It's just a white pen that you normally use to correct mistakes
