There was a better version of Putin speech that was removed. He was saying that the west felt they were gods on earth and that everything has to go as they say. I guess it was removed.

Putin was not referring to Ukraine as “my beauty” but Zelenskyy. It’s an insult or undermining his authority. No really great translation but I guess the closest would be to call him “sweetheart”. It’s a masculine insult that hasn’t lost its direct reference to the loss of one’s masculinity with a play on words.

That’s so funny how people translate it here. It basically means you like it or not what’s written in the contract you have to follow it - it doesn’t matter if you like it or not. If you signed a contract please fullfil it also. Example: if you signed a contract in the bank then you have to follow your obligations.

"My beauty" is almost a way of saying "sweetheart" in an undermining tone. I imagine it's close to saying "bless your heart" here in the south (u.s), usually a way of referring to someone as pitiful or stupid.
