johnny ember to put in contrast, the “blind blind” people, or “real blind” people can’t *see* anything, as in, their vision is all black.
But the “legally blind” people are different. Imagine someone that uses thin glasses. They can see but cloudy, and need some corrective glasses to see accurately.
Someone with thicker glasses sees even more cloudy, that’s why their vision need more correction.
Well, there are some people, that just see *SO* cloudy they can’t see clearly a black triangle in a white background, for example, they just can’t see shapes and colors right, and their vision is so bad, there are no glasses in existence that can help them. So they are treated as “legally” blind.
