LA Knight, on a recent edition of WWE Smackdown, cut a promo and included a receipt on WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash for his famous use of the word adjective "play" on WCW Nitro. The issue between Kevin Nash and LA Knight started when Nash on his Kliq This podcast talked about Knight but a Rock & Stone Cold rip-off.

10 years ago it was a different product, he missed the attitude era but he’s a wrestling fan! You can tell he’s influenced by certain people, so now it’s right, the business needs a direction, he’s brought back older fans and introduced younger ones to an exciting style like we had years ago. . . If nothing else, if he doesn’t get pushed he’s started something again and brought a bit of fire back to the crowd who should be entertained.
