👍👍👍. Enjoyed this video. Nice seeing Ernie in his bath and enjoying the pieces of strawberry Pat is feeding him. Take care, stay safe and well. Judy🇨🇦🇨🇦.
We still have bottle deposits for pop, alcohol. milk and juice containers then you can return them to bottle depot. I find it silly to complain about your postings or noise after all this is your life. You two are my settling and calm time. Great Ernie clip. Take care.
Yes, we were much better at recycling. My mum loved getting a new shopping back..never relied on supermarket plastic ones. We also had ‘pig bins’ in each road where we would pit our vegetable / greeen waste..does anyone else remember those? Also, even if out mums worked they would cook meals from scratch and use up any left overs rather than just chuck them away! T
Yes Melba toast .. very thin very nice too.
Lovely video today , nice and gentle on a dark evening x

You remind me that recycling is not new. In the 1960s we returned our light bulbs for new ones. Not anymore.
Exactly Sue. We were more ecological in the old days than we are now, it's just that we didn't have a name for it.
