@@motoredo314 Who’s paying that amount for Greenwood at this time? No one. The offers haven’t even been half that. What fantasy world are you getting that current valuation from? Clubs know he has a ton of baggage and no one will sponsor him. £27mil and a 40-50% sell-on is the best offer we can possibly get. He currently doesn’t have much value - if he goes on to have an amazing career , his value shoots up and we benefit from half of any transfer fee.
If Everton want to use some debatable logic that Branthwaite should be worth the same as Maguire, cool, let’s do a straight swap 😉😂
I think it depends if there’s a conversation currently talking place with Everton, if they have just rejected and that’s it then I doubt we’ll agree a deal this summer. If it’s showing we’re serious and offering good money then we might be able to work something out with Everton.
