Reordering pages and adding page numbers in Adobe Acrobat

Jon goes through the process of reordering pages in a book so that it starts with the page numbered 1, and adding large bold page numbers in the header and footer on the page

header & footer option not available in adobe acrobat reader dc 32 bit

what if I want the page numbers to start on Page 2. Page one would be my cover page. Do you know away to do that?

+Chris Grenwis Extract the first page into another document, do the numbering, then use Insert to bring the first page back to the beginning.
