the first song "Fara Cuvine" - "no words" is based on a real story. which can take anyone's breath away. Director Alex Ceausu confessed that behind the images depicting a serious car accident. actually. a real case. An accident took place near Oradea many years ago, and the witnesses, instead of calling an ambulance or giving first aid, started stealing valuables from the car. Their gesture was so shocking for the Mafia boys that they decided to dedicate the video of the song "No Words" to him. And the lyrics 07:34 "Burning angels in hospitals, the devils dance in the cathedrals" is declared for the tragedy at the Giulesti maternity hospital in 2010.

I'll try to explain a bit what you listened to and watched.
The first song from BUG Mafia is about how bitter romanians turned.
The song in the beginning of the video that they are listening to is also BUG Mafia with Loredana, one of their first songs that had great success and it's called "Ridica-ma la cer".
The video is an exaggeration of true facts that happened (in a car crash people stealing from the car while doctors try to get the people out and save them). The lyrics are pretty deep, like "ard ingeri in spitale/dracii danseaza-n catredale" which translates to something like "angels are burning in hospitals/demons are dancing in cathedrals".
The second song from Grasu XXL and Guess Who is about them being high and wasted (that's why the car is filled with smoke in the beginning and they forgot that they are the singers at the show).
The third song by Puya is about how romanians are fascinated by America and everything that happens there, and consider that US is the best thing ever, with its brands, its people, and its terms.
The forth song is about how the politicians are stealing everything that we work for, and how they should be in prison, not the ones that are struggling to survive. Also "Tata Vlad" is "Tataie" from BUG Mafia. He is the first one that you see and starts singing in "Romaneste". The 4th guy that you do not know and does not sing is DJ SWAMP who does the scratches that you hear when he appears.
Also, as a bit of history, Puya is a member of the band "La familia" which was made by BUG Mafia, and in the 90s they used to sing together (long story on what happened after).
Grasu XXL also used to sing with BUG Mafia as a lot of rappers, but decided to do more commercial stuff instead.
If you would like I could recommend some songs that they used to sing together and also I would recommend to listen also to the band "Parazitii", and old and consecrated hip-hop band that discovered Guess Who and launched him in the band "Anonim".

About the first video : some years ago there was an accident in Romania and people started stealing from the wounded before calling the ambulance. That is what the video is portraying, how bad people can be..
Puya is saying that in romania for a long time now we adopted a lot of words and other stuff from america - like we say weekend, hamburger , sound every word that he said in english are words that now we adopted in romania, and we lose our “values” like the language and that people don’t know very much about our country- just the ones he told like nadia comaneci, dracula, ceausescu.. and in the first song it’s about how in romania when you are in trouble - maybe even your “brother” like your close friends will maybe make it worse for you, they will try to bring you more down that you already are..

Io ti consiglio di sentire anche Parazitii, queste 2 band hanno canzoni molto forti dal punto di vista sociale e contro il sistema marcio che abbiamo da noi. So you kind of hit on the nail with the Puya - Americandrim, so he feels that we as Romanian in the pursuit of the so-called American dream we stat to incorporate American words and concept, and in the process, we lose our identity. Regarding the Grasu XXL - the concept is the go-to has a concert smoked up and high and by mistake the go inline instead of entering the club then they proceed to dring and getting more wasted. Grasu starts to have hallucinations and starts seeing the Easter Bunny ... then there is a police raid ... by really hot police officers. When they finally get on stage hi sings until nobody is left ... or this all was a hallucination and nothing happened he just sits on the stage high.

Tata Vlad e uno dei tre membri del gruppo.. nome di scena (Tataee) e quello più grasso ..i versi li fa lui .. la prima canzone (fara cuvinte/senza parole) parla di quanta malvagità può essere dento una persona .. (ovviamente non e che se fai un incidente in romania la gente fa quello che hanno fatto nel video..) il video e fatto per caratterizzare la malvagità delle persone.
Nel secondo video invece parlano di sistema corrotto ..specialmente della Romania
