That is almost identical to the one I have, mine is a few years old and has similar features, definitely a nice tool to have around for home diy projects.
I have one very similar too. This one just looks a little nicer and they chose a better name
So I'm trying to hang up a hammock in my son's room that connects to the ceiling the stud finder was only showing three lines everywhere on his ceiling I even tried the middle of the room I tried scanning it against the ceiling nothing was working does that mean that my stud finder is broken or does that mean that I'm just not using it right so did everything on here and I still feel like I don't understand but I'm a bit slow😅
Is the ceiling textured? Your joists should be 16” u just need to find which ways they run. U might need to poke holes. U really want to make sure you get into the center of the stud
I recently bought this and the ac live wire symbol is ALWAYS on in the top right corner, no matter where or what wall in my house I put it on. I hoped it just meant that it was always scanning for that, but it doesn’t appear to be the case on yours? I wonder if it’s defective.

What is the triangle light with the down arrow on this stud finder?
Usually that pops up right when it senses the “middle” of the stud

Trying a new battery is easy but either way contact the seller directly thru amazon. They will do what they can to take care of you

Those batteries are real cheap from China. I would suggest tried another battery but I guess you already figured the problem out since it was 12 days ago you posted this

@@JayYnR23 I know, I like getting tools too but I really have pretty much every tool possible. I enjoy customizing blasters and even doing simple blaster showcases more too. The fact they get more views is just a bonus. Never thought I would actually monetize my channel, let alone grow this fast.
