I made these just now, followed the recipe and baking time. I used choczero chips. Mine had to stay in the oven longer (in total 50 mins). It tastes like a soufflé not a brownie.. maybe I need to use a larger baking pan so it’s thinner? I used the same pan she used in the video. TODAY, though, my weight was 206! It's been running between 198 and 200! I've decided to start from scratch. What do **YOU** think is the smartest way to diet? Keto, low carb, what?
She did switch from keto to low carb to continue maintaining her weight also because it isn’t healthy to stay on a keto diet for an extended period of time. When you ate OMAD, how many hours did you fast? The amount of hours your fast plays a big role in how much your body eats of itself. For me, I have to fast a minimum of 24 hours for my body to start the lipolysis process. For other people, they may only need to fast for 16 hours. Our bodies are different so it’s best to try different methods out.
I think you kind of answered your question. You didn’t eat OMAD if you were snacking. Plus, what works for one won’t work for another. If you aren’t able to truly eat OMAD try 2MAD with no snacking. Just try to eat two healthy low carb (or keto) meals a day and drink water or plain coffee/tea in your fasting times. Truly fast. I’ve watched many in the space say eating only once a day can mess up their hormones (like Sarah who used to go by carnivore yogi) which will in turn cause them to not lose weight. Also, remember that you won’t lose weight if you are eating a bunch of these sweet treats all of the time. Stick to whole healthy low carb foods. As far as the comment of how eating keto low term isn’t healthy, I don’t know about that. I think more than anything you should seek some of the low carb docs channels for that kind of thing. Good luck to you. Remember keep it simple and doable for you.
This off the subject of brownies. But have you ever use pasta that is low? I been trying carb de nothing on Amazon but I wanted your opinion on this subject. I’m sorry that it isn’t on brownies.

If you just crinkle up the parchment paper, you don’t have to spray the pan to get it to fit nicely in there. Less cleaning.

Whenever I did use chocolate chip's etc and it wouldn't melt, I would just use a tablespoon or two of I can't believe it's not butter, and it works.
