What I haven't figured out is, how do you keep it like this? I make the can look like it's floating but can't figure out how to not make stay that way. I didn't do it with a green screen just a black background I masked around the can but the mask is there how do I remove it and have the can still look like it's floating. Man I hope this makes sense?
Next time, can you pick a product that is a little more difficult to film than a perfectly round can everybody does drink cans that’s easy for anybody to shoot. How about some thing odd shaped?
LoveTheBasics some more vids like this would be cool. I’m kinda in the remedial class, this stuff is like rocket science to me. This is a dumb question, but do you think you can do a similar thing with the Vegas software?
I can do that! You’re talking Sony Vegas right? You should be able to do something similar in Sony Vegas since all you need is a chroma key and the ability to mask
Honestly I’d say that your video is more interesting than mine tbh. You have the whole vlogging thing going on and you have a great personality. I think people are more likely to watch your video all the way through than they would mine
@@LoveTheBasics you can see how harsh it is on the can, you can use a diffuser to make it nicer and it's right in the center top of the can, it would have made a world of difference
@@LoveTheBasics yeah they're always harsh, i use a soft box on my 120D and two white cloths on my flash and I also use the semi transparent diffuser that's comes with the 5 in 1 reflector for my product shots, it makes the light reflection amazing.
Omg I need to step up my game lol. This was my first experience with products so I wasn’t really paying attention. I just had my 120D like a couple feet away. I have some other diffusers so next time I’ll actually use them

LoveTheBasics the one I have is the Magix Vegas movie studio 15, is that same as Sony?
Apparently it is! Magix is the new developer behind the software after Sony
hello I am happy to see your video ,, give me a tutorial how to remove the background pleasee
Just did this video myself. Not as good as yours though 😂
Let me check it out real quick

LoveTheBasics there’s no competition though. We’re all in this together 😂
You need to concentrate on your lighting
What was wrong with my lighting??
@@LoveTheBasics you can see how harsh it is on the can, you can use a diffuser to make it nicer and it's right in the center top of the can, it would have made a world of difference
Oh okey I can do that. I was using a diffuser on my light but I think it was too close to the can. But I can work on it

You don't seem to be into it. Horrible vibe...nice and simple technique though
