Angelina has made me love music and songs from other artist I never cared about before she did her interpretation of them. She is not singing to my ears, she is singing to my soul. Angelina Jordan is a gift to humanity from higher realms in these rather dark times, no doubt.
That has happened to me as well. Not only do I appreciate songs I wouldn't listen to by the original artist, now I can't hear songs by other artist without thinking how would Angelina do this song. I also have a long list of songs that I would love to hear Angelina's interpretation of.

I completely agree with you regarding Angelina as role model! Her humility, class, elegance, dedication and genuineness are amazing. I would rather have youngsters (especially young girls who look up to other females as models) to see and admire Angelina for who she is, and how she presents herself, instead of someone who appears naked on a round object, or lays on top of a round object wearing only gold chains. Angelina can be as attractive and feminine as she wants without overt sexualization. As far as her career goes, yeah... you're in good company with your assessment! Quincy Jones, among others would agree with you wholeheartedly! Recently Angelina got a visit at Republic from Jonathan "Sugarfoot" Moffet, who drummed for Michael Jackson, his sister Janet, Madonna, Elton John, among others. It was his considered opinion that like Michael, Celine, Stevie, Beyonce, that Angelina is going to be the next biggest and greatest singer to come our way. I think he would know.
Wait a miniute! "She is the one?" You do understand how crazy that sounds, right? Just because I call her the next "World changer" is not "The one" but close. Her "Angles" Followers are like an army of good because she has taken them/us and it's profound! Like I say "They are extremely rare and music is the common denominator and they change the heart of man, they change history "World changer" and this one is just in time! We all hope!
I remember the first-time hearing or more like, witnessing Angelina Jordan. The impact was profound, not because it moved me, because I see in comments, she moved so many! Most of us will never and historically have ever left us speechless, touch and completely blown away, but what's really amazing is, she did it again and again and I lost track. Just when you think your becoming desensitized, she levels up, to a disbelief of what, we ourselves stated earlier of how much better she will become. She was "Greatness" then and we all felt it, knew it! But you just can't prepare enough. She makes once in 10 lifetimes routine! She makes "I can't believe what I just witnessed" it's been 3 months, where is she? I can have this talk with 10's of thousands of people and still she has just begun. Up to now, has been practice, she took us with demos and jam sessions! That's incredible!

This is why you are an Angel good sir. She's already a positive force, never mind when the whole world notices her. Which it would be absolutely amazing if they don't. There is good signs out there if we want them. Adele climbed the mountain with talent and real messages. All the biggest stars, their fans absolutely die for when they go out of their way to be kind in any way. Controversy not entirely needed for the best of them. AJ can just be AJ and absolutely take the world by storm.

I think she is singing along with a Karaoke track and I do not quite like it either. But small issue. Her performance is indeed magnificent. She manipulates time in so many ways: making us forget about time, bring past songs into the present and and bringing us back in time. She is quite the time machine :-)
I agree her development is incredible: she was always amazing, has gotten even more amazing and will get to new unimaginable levels of amazingness!
She is so good at making you listen to the story and make you feel it. There are so many artist I hope she will team up with and do duets with! And yeah the world needs more Angelina both in her art and in her personality and as a role model.

I just saw a film about Shania Twain, a fabulous artist who I think has the same mentality as Angelina. Work hard to reach your goals, do not let disturbances or hardships make you lose the goal. That is what I thnk will apply to Angelina. And I think Angelina will surpass Shania Twain because Angelina is a world class vocalist as well as a musical genious in many genres. And I think the world will embrace her personality, promoting love and respect.

The vast majority of the other singers in comparison to Angelina they seem to be singing in two dimensions height and width but in contrast Angelina sings with DEPTH the third dimension as well !!!

Hello, Fil. You know, it is actually very hard for me to tell you just HOW happy it made me when I heard that you're planning on doing this Angelina marathon. But I WILL tell you that you're in for the best marathon of your entire life. And I'll be interested to see if you're eventually gonna run out of words and ways to describe her. Because, to be quite honest with you, among many hundreds of reactors I'm subscribed to, you are on a very select list, consisting of 3 reactors. Jazz is the most imperfect genre of singing, for depending on the mood

degree. John Legend mentions a few words that perfectly describe Angelina
when he talks about loving perfect imperfections and then I realized that
when it comes to jazz singing, Angelina is simply 'The Queen Of Perfect Imperfections'.

Angelina seems to cross over into any genre easily. Hope you get the opportunity to listen to her EDM song “Above the water”. She will take on every thing and more than rise to the challenge! Love her versatility.
Yes, Angelina is humble, and sweet, and classic. But she is also fierce, and intense, and in a sense, competitive. As here, she takes iconic songs from big names and transforms them unmistakably with her imprint (the same but different, somehow upgraded). This, I believe, is how she challenges herself and over the years fashions her own vocal performance education. Suffice it to say, she is getting good grades!

I really like your way of reacting and voicing your opinions. As for your list, I assume it's one of Rusty's ones, and that's fine. Just be aware, that he had two: the smaller 'chrologically' one (which I'd recommend to start with), which selects higher quality clips, and the 'every song' list, which contains single version of each title she did. But still not each and every performance of them.

Well, you could always plead you're waiting for the album next year. I love this a lot. Thank you for starting my morning with "All of Me (John Legend cover). She's 16 yo and we get to watch her transformation from child prodigy performer to young adult fine art performer. Her heart was filled with the live concerts this summer, the first since Covid. And, her performances filled the hearts of people there in person. Yes, she has many years yet to reach full potential. I foresee some things that will deeply impact her (obvious to anyone who thinks), so may the angels of light carry her. She's human and life can dish it out. I love the integrity she shows by still singing barefoot. She honors that soul contract. And the world needs more integrity. So glad to see your are touching the surface, LOL. Your saying that she "will be flying to the moon" is perfect since I believe "Fly Me To The Moon" may be her favorite song. She is so elegant and a great role model and hopefully the world is ready to hear great music again without the profanity and nudity that many of today's stars seem to need in order to gain an audience. Angelina will put music back in music. This backing track is very poor, imo, and the piano is too loud. I have always looked forward to your videos since I discovered your channel as have many Angelina fans. I thoroughly enjoy your reactions, but I have realized over time that as a viewer, I would like to feel more appreciated as I do with other channels. The reactors I enjoy most are those that interact with me and respond to my comments, making me feel like part of their community. They also make it a point to truly support my favorite artists. From a subscriber's perspective, you may enhance the appeal of your channel with a couple of constructive suggestions. First, try to reply to viewer comments as much as possible, as fans truly will appreciate your sincerity. Some fans like to exaggerate. Those who claimed there are 200 videos out there, they include also short TikTok snippets, sequences from rehearsals and concert footage, some of which are in really bad quality (e.g. 'man in the mirror'). I'm sure you're not interested to publish a reaction video to those 'unfinished' products, but it's true that there are some jewels left by Angelina, which you haven't seen yet. To take a quote from Dorothy Parker (writing about Katherine Hepburn's foray into Broadway) and apply it to today's female vocalists, "She ran the full gamut of human emotion from A to B."

Thank you for the recommendation. I have just listened to Luciana singing this song and, yes, she has a very pleasant voice but for me, she doesn't sing with the same conviction that Angelina does. The only other song I could find that both have sung was Sam Smith's "You are not the only one". So, I listened to that, too, and came to the same conclusion.

I'm done after this, I promise. I'm just not impressed. When the tempo gets even a little fast she runs the lyrics into each other and I'm more into trying to understand her than enjoying the music. A case of 'Mushmouth' or 'Lazy Tongue' is what my vocal couch would say..
