What I should buy: gt cut 3, gt cut academy, lebron 21 or ja 1? I’m pg, 182 70, need awesome traction. Also, I would like to start training jumping for dunks, so cushion and not really bad support is really essential for me Or can you advice some another good kicks for that options?
My opinion is this: Lifting weights in basketball shoes may not be the best idea. Besides basketball I also do bodybuilding- I train legs twice a week and lift weights 6 days per week in lifting shoes. But, If I had to lift weights in a shoe, I’d probably choose the Ja 1’s because they are the widest and flattest with good lockdown: But the cushioning is probably the worst. In all honesty- the gt cut academy or gt cut 3 is gonna be your best option if you also need cushioning. The gt cut academy is the best if your feet are wide.
Kd15 is a great shoe, one of my favorites. Personally, I would suggest waiting for the son of flash 2’s or even get the all city 11 or 11v2 from way of wade if you want to spend a bit more. The gt cut 3 isn’t super wide and it runs long.
@@ttvWideShoes fit is definitely #1. after that cushioning is nice, i'd prefer some more cushion over court feel. other than that, traction doesn't matter cause everything seems to work for me
@@ttvWideShoes i guess containment/lockdown goes with fit too cause i've been playing in the witness 7's but they don't have the best lockdown/containment. the upper is too flimsy
@@ichiagou the witness 8 has the best lockdown, and the upper is significantly better. The lockdown on the 8’s is also superior to the gt cut academy. But- you will need to go up half a size to even a full size in the witness 8’s because they are super small.
@@ttvWideShoes ok sounds good. yea i'll actually go to the store soon and give them all a try. some other pairs like the immortality 3 and precision 7 are super cheap too so will give them a try too i think
