Hi, i need help choosing between Dtf and Dtg so from your personal experience which one do you recommend that I'd buy? Because even watching the video i wasn't able to make up a decision. I'd really use your help
I have the Revel DTF 2402 t and I need to know how to get my white backing to come out better. I dont have the VividRip is that new. I was sent the Flex Print and the PM version which the PM version is what I think is making my white so light on the back. I could really use help on getting this right.
Yes, the VividRip software is new and replaced Flex Print, so now you only need VividRip and Hosonsoft. I would call Ricoma's Tech Support so they can help you get the new software and help you with the white coverage.
Hello! Could you please send us an email? Our technicians will examine the issue and share helpful tips and tricks with you.
