On the "what are my thoughts and feelings" side; I've been very intentional about limiting my time on social media in general (thank you screen tie and down time). An hour a day divided between Twitter, TikTok, Instagram during the week is enough for me because I find that I am already overstimulated in real life (cue occupational mental illness due to being a healthcare professional) haha. & honestly, I am trying still to figure out how to be on social media as Thandie but also as an incoming HCP and aspiring diplomat; I always wonder what's 'professional' or 'acceptable' and whether or not what I post or tweet will one day come up as a barrier to me getting my dream job.

Thank you for always sharing, Thandie! The discipline is admirable! I relate too much to the latter part - when you find the answer, let a girl know!

I'm glad you took your time in this. Inspired by you, mamas!
