Kimi brought the victories, and most of the podiums and points to the team. He was the one who developed the car. After Kimi left the team and went back to Ferrari for 2014 season, Grosjeans best finishesh was 8th in Spain and Monaco. In two races he made it to the top 10(in 2014). 2015 he took his one and last 3rd place finish for Lotus.

Two things made me a Grosjean supporter:
    - a race in Valencia in wich he was catching up to Vettel, but car broke for alternator(?) issues;
    - a defense against Hamilton at the end of a DRS straight, he pulled to the inside on the last moment forcing Ham to take the outside and decelerate to not do the corner on the gravel.
Got mad that day at Spa because it was incredibly stupid from his part and ended up not breaking Vettel's cycle, but never doubted of what he was capable of.

He did a lot of mistakes, people laughed at him. But that was because he was one of the only drivers to give more than his 100%
Mistakes and aggressiveness is apparent only when you want to provide more than what your car is capable of.
I really wished he had a better F1 carrer to his name but that’s part of the sport, being lucky never served to him.
I Hope he gets Indy World champion this year 💪🏽

But when he is good, he is REALLY GOOD, so much so that it makes me completely forget and ignore all the bad, and he's showing that even now in IndyCar, too! Really manifesting a win for him this season!

*Grosjean's form since the summer break:*
    🇧🇪 P8
    🇮🇹 P8
    🇸🇬 DNF (hydraulics)
    🇰🇷 P3
    🇯🇵 P3
    🇮🇳 P3
    🇦🇪 P4
    🇺🇸 P2
    🇧🇷 DNF (engine)
Total: 83 points in 7/9 finishes, he had 2 mechanical DNFs including Singapore where he qualified P3 and had a shot for the podium.
    As a comparison..
    Vettel - 225 points (9/9) - 25 points/race
    Webber - 94 points (6/9) - 15.7 points/race
    Alonso - 109 points (9/9) - 12.1 points/race
    Grosjean - 83 points (7/9) - 11.9 points/race
    Raikkonen - 49 points (5/9) - 9.8 points/race
    Rosberg - 87 points (9/9) - 9.7 points/race
    Hamilton - 65 points (8/9) - 8.1 points/race
Grosjean lost only to Seb and Nando in their primes, and Webber who had a much superior car in terms of points per race. Sadly we didn't see more of his purple patch due to inconsistency and uncompetitive cars.

Yes grosjean was a beast managing to score half the points kimi had, on one of the fastest/best cars of the entire grid finishing p8 in the championship. Absolutely crazy performance. Almost as good as massa's performance having 40% of alonsos points in 2012

    • @quentinhirschfeld9382

That's what i'm saying, Kimi destroyed Grosjean all the way through.
From mid 2012 (Kimi was a bit rusty at the beginning of that season and didn't liked the power steering) to mid 2013, Kimi wiped the floor with Romain both in qualifying and race craft.

Demolished by Raikkonen, too many unacceptable mistakes for an F1 driver, Gutierrez (despite not scoring any point) matched his pace (you can verify it if you want), overall less efficient than Magnussen.
