Both my friend and I ordered HBs from Thomann about a month apart and still haven’t seen any updates after Germany. I ordered 2-3 weeks ago but my friend ordered like 2 months ago!
I ordered mine on April 28th. It's been tied up in customs for over a month. It reached Chicago today and should arrive by next week sometime. I received barely any updates from Thomann so I tracked it thru "www.dhl.de" They had more updates than Thomann. www.dhl.de is the tracking service Thomann uses for shipping. Once on that site it should tell you when to expect arrival in the states. However, after emailing Thomann they did get back to me and blamed the delay on corona19. Hope it works out for you.
This Covid has it all running late my first order came in 2 weeks my second one 19 days my third almost 40 days and and just made it to customs. all 3 were ordered during the Pandemic.
Cool, but yep, you're right. It's slow delivery for sure. Ordered mine April 28th and FINALLY!! got it June 23rd! Yikes! I also bought the Harley Benton SC-450Plus LD Vintage Series Les Paul type for $180 dollars plus $50 dollars shipping. After numerous e-mails of "Where's it at?", I contacted them again to let them know I finally received it. They e-mailed me back with apologies of the late arrival and compensated me with the shipping cost taken off my credit card! Awesome guitar for sure!
That is always a chance even if bought in the USA. Thomann will replace your order sometimes letting you keep the broken one if its under a certain price
arrived safely? Did Thomann gave you Fragile stickers?
This is my first time to buy guitar from online stores.
All of my guitars came in safe no problems. The box had some dents but thats it. nothing ever made it to the inner box. No fragile stickers

Same here. I ordered mine May 8th and have received no update since May 11th. As far as I know it is still stuck at Frankfurt airport.

Is the neck a very thick one like the say around the internet?
I want to buy a drum set from them, so do you think its all good?
